So why go to court when you know you have signed up to a rule (literally) that forbids you from going to court and that will almost certainly lead to your expulsion from football?
Because almost certainly being expelled from football is a better option than the alternative.
As Bob said: “When you got nothing, you got nothing to lose”.
They have nothing. Nothing.

Can I ask why you give the Donkey such a ‘surname’? Apols if missed it.
They don’t even have respect or dignity to lose – That disappeared long, long, long ago

I prefer thems with minus nothing.
Once upon a time you dressed so fine
You threw the bums a dime in your prime, didn’t you ?
People’d call, say, “Beware doll, you’re bound to fall”
You thought they were all kiddin’ you
You used to laugh about
Everybody that was hangin’ out
Now you don’t talk so loud
Now you don’t seem so proud
About having to be scrounging for your next meal.
How does it feel
How does it feel
To be without a home
Like a complete unknown
Like a rolling stone ?

Here’s something that has been knocking about in my head since the judgement on huns…. Could their argument be on the technicality of when they were punished with the years ban & fine… The committee never had any right to reduce the punishment? If they were punished for their action they can only be expelled & fined, thus the punishments were wrong
Just a thought I have had for a while
Historic times Bhoys.
We are privileged to be witnessing this.
Countless thousands didn’t get this opprotunity.
Love it.

Rows of houses, all bearing down on me
I can feel their blue hands touching me
All these things into position
All these things we’ll one day swallow whole
And fade out again and fade out
This machine will, will not communicate
These thoughts and the strain I am under
Be a world child, form a circle
Before we all go under
And fade out again and fade out again
Cracked eggs, dead birds
Scream as they fight for life
I can feel death, can see its beady eyes
All these things into position
All these things we’ll one day swallow whole
And fade out again and fade out again
Immerse your soul in love
IMMERSE YOUR SOUL IN LOVE

Pink Floyd night on BBC 4 and a cheeky wee Toots Mayal program thrown in.
I made the right decision to stay in tonight

You may be right BUT what would be the response of the authorities? To remove the punishment altogether or apply the punishment as stated?
And in any case, the rules (apparently) allow for any punishment ‘deemed fit’ – so I don’t see how this appeal can go anywhere.
Not sure whether the aim is to make sure we all go down with them or whether it’s simply that D&P want to blame someone else.

Roll on the first of June.
Sorry Paul67 – you are saying that going to the civil court means expulsion from football, others claim it means relegation. Which is it? Congrats again on all your amazing contribution to their demise.

I’m pretty sure they’re mumping their gums because it wasn’t on the list of potential punishments. However, I’m also pretty sure that the committee had the option to chose whatever punishment they deemed fit and the ban was a result of them deciding to go lenient on the grossly un-dignified ones.
Sorry if posted, translated from the French, Author of an interesting season (28 league appearances, 8 goals), Quentin Boesso was a leading architect of the accession of GFCO Ajaccio in Ligue 2. It was therefore subject to many lusts. And as we confirmed his coach Dominique Veilex, the striker 26 years will leave Corsica to join Glasgow Celtic (Scotland) this summer.

Totally wrong !!!!!
Normally I would suggest weeks in advance … this is what we are doing…being the diplomatic sort.
But I saw the Boss´s adverts checked out the ticket price and thought Mmhhh… maybe not!!!
Kept Schtumm until about two weeks ago until my son noticed that the boss was playing and then I told him we are not going.
Interesting as they both had bottom lips like a sink and were pretty dumbfounded.
Just nor prepared to pay 6-700€ for a concert any more …especially a stadium gig

Is that on golfing days LOL.
One Dylan song to sum up the rankers predicament……………………………….
It’s All Over Now Baby Blue.
Could the SFA put the blame on the committee then remove punishment, expiring them its too harsh for them.
Or they could last pull the plug on them….sure right, not with brother Ogilvie
It’ll all end in ers anyway
Paul67 (from previous post)
Just looking at the calendar – has this been engineered to create cash-flow or sweeten the CVA pot?
29th May – CoS = court hearing mid-June earliest?
30th May – SPL Members vote = suspended again (pending court action)?
1st June – transfer window opens = fire-sale of players?
6th June – original proposed CVA date = now deferred.
Could this be a move to enhance the ‘pence’ in the £1 payout to get the CVA through and force the SPL to vote for them at re-scheduled meeting mid-June? – and give them time to subsequently withdraw the CoS action?
Or – engineer relegation (SFL1 rather than SFL3)?
