When you got nothing, you got nothing to lose

914

So why go to court when you know you have signed up to a rule (literally) that forbids you from going to court and that will almost certainly lead to your expulsion from football?

Because almost certainly being expelled from football is a better option than the alternative.

As Bob said: “When you got nothing, you got nothing to lose”.

They have nothing. Nothing.

The Originals Sadies Bhoy at 00:02, unfortunately the thoughts of Scotland

not being supported by a fiscal London City and then being governed by a ” football dictate”” from Hampden ..”. I fear for our children.

  6. TET,

If the self-employed pay virtuall no tax, things have changed a helluva lot since I was self-employed (not many years ago).

I agree with you about wee Eck (& I know him better than you) – but he’s not anti-Catholic.

I don’t believe the Dukla Prague game was live on tv…I remember being at work and listening to the second half live on radio (commentator george (hun) davidson)…in those days it was common to transmit only the second half of games…and it was an afternoon ko, the highlights were shown later…and yes big Jock apologised later for the tactics employed.

praecepta – this ole Devil was one of my favourite ever guitarists. It seemed like the more wasted he was, the better he played.

This echo-plex stuff he did is amazing.

    good eveninng one and all,

great day on ther blog. Gordon fella great post.

I have a quick question that I hope some with greater understanding of finance thingummys can answer for me…….

I follow the blog largely in a lurking capacity ( about 30 or so posts in 6 years under varuious guises as Paul keeps udating the blog server ) and feel that I get a little bit of understanding from some knowledgable folk. Well, I seem to have picked up that first and foremost Duff and Duffer are supposed to be acting in the best interest of the creditors. Secondly, that at or around the 15th Feb Rangers ( IA ) had about £4.75m in the bank and had sellable player assets in the region of £10-15m. Therefore if they had liquidated at that time creditors would have had c.£15-20m in the kitty for dispersal. The Green CVA seems ( at the very best , the very, very best ) to offer £8.5m to creditors.

Can someone explain if this is so and how this is in the best interest of the creditors?

Many thanks in anticipation of the gift that keeps on giving,

    Bashi

Embody watching Jools on the good ol’ BBC……great melody there from Beach House….need to look them up…..

Are you self employed in Spain ?

I have met fat Eck a few times, more times than I care to mention, my Da was an advisor [ish] to him years ago, that is as far as I will go.

I never said he was anti-Catholic, he is no stupid, he is a gambler, he sees the Celtic vote as expendable, the Catholic vote is not, he knows that, the Catholic vote got him into power, he depends on it to keep him there, he now has a juggling act to perform, should be interesting how he goes about it.

    Have to sleep now.

  21. bashi-bazouks on

in fact, if they liquidate on Monday would there not be £0 in bank and sellable player assets of £3-5m, taking at least £10m away from creditors. Is this what Adminisrtators are supposed to do?

    Bashi

  22. Jude, you were asking about Wee Oscar.

His last tweet was ….. “Oscars scan went well today & he woke up asking for a happy meal! All is good! Hopefully get blog updated tomoro. Goodnight”

He also had a tweet from Joe Ledley inviting him for a pint. Joe told him where he was as he was not far away. Dont think Wee Oscar or Knoxy made it though!
