  1. Dallas Dallas where the heck is Dallas on

Our team did the business today, winning with the minimum of fuss.

As well as the sevs getting another home game, I may be wrong (again) but our cup games always seem to get moved to a Sunday and those lovely peepul at Ibrox get to play on the Saturday .

In semi finals also , we always seem to get the Sunday game for whatever reason.

I would also like to find out why we are playing Aberdeen on a Wednesday night in the league . Another situation where the fans are not considered and a Saturday game would more than likely be sold out.

  2. Gooooood evening CQN

How much do yo get for CQN sitting now :-)

Incidentally we Paddybhoy for me over James, creates so much more

    Hail Hail

Re fundraising, make sure that you are connected to the Director of Planning at the Archdiocese of Glasgow, Ken Crilley.

He is excellent at making sure that quotations are reasonable and that work is done to a good standard. He also knows all of the ways to leverage funding sources.

Very friendly guy but a straight talker so you will know what ideas are worth persuing and what are not.

I gave his reference 25 years ago for the position. He now has a Papal Knighthood for his services over and above his duty.

  4. prestonpans bhoys on

    TET,

Thank you sir, you’re a gent!

Watched it twice and still laughing…….

  5. PR far superior. Gets to the by-line, great ball control and sets up chances, just like he did today. He was the only right sided player, apart from Gamboa once or twice who managed to do this. He also has a fitba brain. Not convinced that JF has. On the left, with KT and magic Sinky, we are well served and have Izzy as a great back up. Whats not to like.

  6. Hoi trumpet

I’ve still got the Captains poster in my motor that belongs to you

Let me know how to get into you

Hope all is well in family Bhud

    Hail Hail

  7. Put Paddy on first and James would reap rewards in the same way.

Although it might work better when James runs direct at them for an hour, then Paddy bamboozles them with his twinkling feet later in the game:-)

  8. Thanks Roaster, off to London on the 06:10 tomorrow. Will be at the Hearts game, could you bring it then?

  9. Oooops – how do yo switch this spellcheck aff

    I feel like a mini BT ;-)

Last post – into = on to you

  10. MWD from ages ago

Just home,……………… same here, I only get to read the Celtic copy /cut /and paste stuff.

How some of the beligerent Celtic fannies can cherry pick SMSM baffles me?………… and always has done.

You are Celtic, or you’re not, including Celtic totality.

    Bent country?

    Bent game?

    Bent?

    B?

    Hail Hail

  11. Baba

Haha. Will tell her she is twice the age of Sevco when I drive her to Saint Ninian’s Knightswood tomorrow morning. She is wise enough to understand. ;)

  12. Trainspotting premier.

W t f is Ewan McGregor doing with the hat and scarf combo.

    Wait till begbie sees it.

  13. Dallas

You are getting paranoid about your paranoia again, but as Saint Theresè said, there is no such thing as coincidence. Everything happens for a reason.

  14. Ryan Mason of Hull took a hefty head-knock in today’s game against Chelsea and according to reports is “fighting for his life” in hospital.

The outcome from swelling of the brain is so unpredictable and can range from 100% recovery (eventually) to the unthinkable.

Prayers for him, his family, friends and team mates who will all be in shock. And of course the Chelsea player involved who I can’t imagine how he must be feeling.

  15. Saint Stivs

Ewan supports the Perth tractor boys.

Begbie’s character was on the pitch at Hampden skelping huns. Spud is Griff’s faither I think? Hahaha

  16. Today – Bookies win!

Lost a bundle on a Hoops high score- like many I assume.

Still, onward sand upwards, didn’t read back – but think the bhoy Boyata needs a right good second chance; albeit Albion Rovers but he’s got football in his feet and with some solid coaching and a good defensive partner might just fulfil the Belgian international potential he’s been mooted for in the past.

Big Jozo – sublime back-heel flick for a centre half; another good ‘um we’re lucky to have kept.

Paddy – is the wee wizard back in the groove? But unless he’s committing to us, I’d rather see long-term Tims in front of him.

LISBON – what’s the hotel of choice?; I may have a (civilised) raiding party keen to rejoice in the once-in-a-lifetime celebration.

Why isn’t Kevin mckidd in ts2

He died in the first book I think

Prestonpans and Delaney’s , thanks for the replies.

One of the downsides of the Champions League is what were once international nights are now European nights thus internationals are now getting played up to the second week in June.

Sunday’s are awkward for us as my son’s team play at 2pm on Sunday’s . In saying that , he’s told his coach he’s not playing next week and going to our game v the maroon balloons.

  19. Saint Stivs

Good to see the Douglas, Whitecrook used as the pub in Trainspotting 2.

Welcome to Republican Whitecrook is the grafitti on the wall.

  20. BSR

Many thanks for your kind words :)

I started to post the goals/contribute to the ‘Live Updates threads’ after moving to Oz

5yrs ago as a means to staying awake during the games that kicked off at stupid o’clock

Oz time…….now I’m back home it’s just good to let fellow Celts see them as fast as the old internet lets us. :)
