I suppose the difficulty with the current system is getting onto the away games wagon without previous history. Until about four years ago I got tickets for them all , then mysteriously it all dried up. Can hardly get a ticket for most away games.
So it may be beneficial for me but how can you plan to run a CSC bus without any idea on the numbers being allocated

To HT.
You know the reasons better than most on here for the proposed changes to the away allocation of tickets.
I for one think that the way it is now is the best way. Years ago when Keith lasley was a lad I went everywhere, home and away never once got a ticket from Celtic in a “”” ballot “”””.
There wasn’t one it went to the favoured folk and clubs, disgusting if you ask me, you had to “Know ” the right person, however mate many many times I overcame this and still to this day go to see the team my wee da brought me up to support, not so much now to away games, but thats also about to change.
However my point is HT, dont let the change ruin your enjoyment of our great club. I could never imagine not going to see Celtic because some FWIT changed the rules.

Evening folks,
Young Kieran seems to improve every game I see him in. Remarkable to think how someone so young can turn out performances many experienced professionals would die for. His Messi like run when he hit the bar today was wonderful. He is maturing into a wonderful talent, and if he reaches his potential in years to come he will be world class.
Delighted at today’s result. Perhaps not up to the heights we have experienced this season, however with some players perhaps rested with Wednesday in mind and also taking into consideration the thousands of miles some of our international players have travelled, it was a good outcome.
And even when you consider the usual from Lasley and lenient refeering.
These are good times to be a Celtic supporter and I genuinely believe we are at the beginning of another golden era for the team and the fans.
Long may it last.

One of my big brothers was a big shot and had corporate seats in the No. 7 Restaurant for 3 or 4 years, so I had a few shots at that.
Great for a one off, but all that free booze and top notch grub wears thin pretty quick – and I’m not being sarcastic about that.
Can’t beat being in among the punters – can’t really go some of the pretensions exhibited in the corporate areas.
That said, I did learn what an ‘Amouse Bouche’ was – so not an entirely wasted experience.
Will try to get along to the meeting on 24th re: away tickets – agree with your suspicions about the changes proposed – ballots have a strange way of favouring certain groups for ‘big’ games – me and Wee BGFC would end up only getting tickets for Kilmarnock!!

Until the time you’re taking about Celtic used to send letters of notification for away games. That stopped and it was simply a case of buying tickets at the TO or buying online. It did take some getting used to.
The current system is based on attendance at previous away games.
So basically, if you’ve attended away games over the past few seasons then you have a better chance of tickets for upcoming games.
Personally, that’s how it should work.

Joso adds the commanding aerial dominance that we’ve been needing. He is two footed with his distribution and enjoys marauding forward at the right time.
Erik seems to have reduced the rash challenges and perhaps benefitting from Joso and Kolo being beside him.

Henderson done reasonably well imo, 6.5 out of 10. Broke up the play a few times, moved the ball around without doing too much. Lacks a little physically and picked up a daft booking. If you’re going to spend all day taking the ball off the two centre halves you need to be a player, no two ways about it. Hard to judge him on him today as we never left 2nd gear. I need a lot of convincing he is the answer, in a deep lying position of further forward. Incidentally i though we missed some of the Tom Rogic link up play today in behind the strikers.

Thoughts on todays game, we appeared to loose our shape when we took off wee Gamboa and SA ( who looked well off the pace ). We have to convert more of the chances that we create, going into the final periods of games 1-0 is not comfortable especially when we have no cover at RB , this game should have been put to bed much earlier.
I know its another game won and 3 pts gained and its hard to be to critical, but the midfield didn’t work for me today .
