It’s the London Marathon today and Gillian McKinlay is running for the Andrea Kearney Fund, the only organisation in the UK setup to help pregnant women with cancer.
The stories behind this fund are sobering. You can support them here.

On the Waghorn offside—the flag would have been up for offside if it was a Celtic player. There’s no doubt about that. The amount of fouls against Celtic that were not given were in double figures. This needs sorted. Where’s that dossier on the refs from years ago?
More Easter joy!
Excellent apart from that scrappy last quarter of an hour.
Good to see TR but it was an odd, fitful performance from him, highs and lows.
Thank you, Brendan and everyone at Celtic. What a doing, what a doing.
Well played first half. Didn’t like the drop in intensity in the second half. Wasting time taking free kicks. That’s not the way we play.
Clown of the day award to Andy Walker. Trying to justify the claim for a penalty. “Deliberate handball” as the replay shows the ball hit Simunovic’s face then knee. And even if it had hit his hand, he wasn’t even looking at he ball.
Make it clown of the year.
Funny moment-of-the-day had to be Waghorns attempt to keep the ball from going out for a shy only to run it out for a bye kick.Comedy Gold.
Bmcuwp- oops!! Thanks for that!! I might not get to watch it in that case – I’m out most of next Saturday. Ah well! We still need to hump them
Good triumphs at Eastertide!
We are better footballers, better singers; we are more sensitive, more thoughtful, more aware, more imaginative and of course, better looking and have a better sense of humour.
Sky/Dens manager McCann on Celtic penalty….” Don Robertson made a howler at rocc Co last week, but he had a part to play in the Celtic penalty decision, so WELL DONE to him” !!!!!!!!!!!!
The MOST FECKIN BLATANT PEN you will EVER see AND McCann…..compliments a feckin 5th official who DIDN’T have to make any decision at the Penalty 1
Perdo’s Paupers…are just ssoooo far behind The Celts.
The hun support will be not so happy with Pedro SMILING thru his interview….hahahaha
Lambert begging now as well for an in yer face approach…
Anyone know why Tavernier didn’t need see red for being last man for the penalty ?
As one sided a game I’ve seen for a while now. Well done Celtic. Playing against a team encamped in their half with a by ball for fouling is difficult.
We made that look extremely easy.
The huns shoulda never lost that gemme.
SKY
If Waghorn wisnae shite we’d have won
SKY
Would love to see Paddy stay. He’s loves his football with Celtic. He understands the club and, with Moussa, says his prayers.
Walker is a fud—an absolute fud, Packy Bonner is as bad, and given his background he really should know better. Charley Nick is just lacking a whole lot of brain cells. It takes moral courage to stand up and be honest, but I don’t know how they look at themselves in the mirror. “To thine own self be true”. WS, not GS.
Brilliant Brendan!
After the match, Rangers manager Pedro Caixinha told Sky Sports: “It was a flat performance from us.
“The key player in the first half was Scott (Brown). In the second half the key was that we conceded so early.
“They deserved to win.”

Pedro talking absolutely no sense whatsoever! And mostly about how Celtic were able to control the game. Virtually nothing about his own team.
How does Peter Lawwell keep getting away with appointing these guys for the Sevco?
The unseen fenian had strikes again!!
Mr Rodgers I’m so glad you’re our manager..
Thank you and thank you to the magnificent Celtic Support:))
You deserve each other!
flight and hotel booked yesterday – never in doubt, now looking forward to two cracking weekends 0n the 21st and 27th. Hail Hail Hebcelt
This is how it feels to be Celtic
McCann – He’s gonny hiv Dundee in Europe next season for sure.
Benidorn or Faliraki.
Not sure which one.
Brendan says” Outstanding team performance, our football idea was very good, great level of composure….1st half was a Celtic “MASTERCLASS”…….In the middle of 2nd half we had some players who ” rested/taking a wee breather”, that was the ONLY criticism I have of my players.”
Dembele getting assessed tomorrow…hamstring gone ?”
McCann says ” Dons manager McInnes will go into Cup Final full of confidence” ???????????
How can anyone say THAT after Celtic MASTERCLASS today ?
McCann the Hurting Hun….now DESPERATE for The Sheep to stop the MIGHTY CELTS
HH
Tanner and Mccann desperate huns.
FFS now it’s how can sheep hurt celtic in cup final,I absolutely revel in their pain hunmonkey b#######s
Broonie was in control on and off the field. In the interview after the game, he weighed up all the questions – no knee jerk responses – before committing himself to thoughtful answers that regularly qualified what the interviewer had said. For example, when asked if he was surprised how dominant the Celts had been in the first half, he replied saying that he wasn’t surprised at all since he knows what his team is capable of.
Have to agree — SB was terrific today.
Only fly in the ointment was that he was not up against much.
TFOD2 — well coached, organised but pretty rubbish.
Some of their play was shockingly bad.
We eased off they got an adrenaline rush but still terrible.
Finally well done to CMcG — did a lot, scored a goal and we missed him when he went off.
The foul on TR — not given by WC was absolutely shocking.
The most relaxed at a semi final I think I’ve ever been.
Mind the gap!!!
Raymac,
You are correct. Something needs to be done about the performance of the match officials. They simply stopped giving Celtic fouls from 75-85 minutes. Sevco got virtually every throw-in, hence they were able to generate offence for the first time in the game. The booking of Rogic was a disgrace….for two fouls total! If consistency was applied half the Sevco team would have been sent off. Why it was not a foul on Rogic at the edge of the box, is beyond me.
The offside on Waghorn given after he missed the chance. Similarly, earlier Waghorn was offside when he fluffed the chance by running the ball out. Many of these incidents can change a game. The time to address this is when you are winning. What we do, I do not know, but we need to, at least, acknowledge that we know this is happening.

Joy! O Joy! Halleluia! To quote Maggie Smith in Alan Bennett’s, A Private Function: “I’m going to throw caution to the wind and have a sweet sherry”.
Fantastic performance from the Bhoys. An easy 2-0 going on 5.
Brown, McGregor and Roberts were exceptional. Everyone else were excellent or just very good. Miles ahead of them.
Like taking candy from a baby.

Have the Hampden toilets been smashed up yet ?
Magnificent Celtic..great to see Broony giving a wee Bhoys his jersey, armband etc.
Captain Brown sent off last week…Huns today GUILTY of worse from the feckin start…NO red cards…I wonder why there is NO consistency ? ..It’s okay Bhoys…I really do know.
HH
Well done the Bhoys. Professional performance for 75/80 mins. Took the foot off the gas and allowed them into the game , but we still seen it out to the end.
Oh Hampden in the sun ,celtic 2 the Huns got none.
I think Brendan was managing next weeks game in the last 20 minutes.
That’s why he didn’t ‘pile on the agony’.
Although he wont be happy with the slackness we displayed at the back,
and the loose passing.
He had the lhads just soak up the pressure;
allow Sevco to think they had a chance, leave them some hope for next week.
Still, the league game will be somewhat different
from what we saw today I believe. I expect they will be much more
agricultural, much less inclined to play the ball.
Treble still on!

PatMcGrath:
That’s called a euphemism. I’m already severely “Cragganmored”. Enjoy!
Scott Brown must have had the easiest game in a Celtic jersey. He strolled through the game. But don’t take anything away from Calum McGregor who looks every bit a player. Whoever said that we lost a bit when Calum went off was definitely correct. However, we have a lot of good players and it’s a great feeling.
Just seen the first goal again, didn’t realise McGregor was so far out. Brilliant goal. I thought he was incredible today, the Huns couldn’t get anywhere near him. Roberts too. Both only surpassed by Broonie was off the scale good.
That Thompson has the most horrible of hun-plamph voices……….
