Jokered a zero for the Sevs

Just when I thought Sunday couldn’t get better, I have just realise no work till Tuesday

    Mon the Magpies

Happy dayzz…….. The Huns are shoite

  2. I wonder if any of the Celtic directors gave a rousing performance of Hail Hail The Celts are Here at the end of the game today.

I hope not as it could provoke Dave King to bring in a world class manager and fund a Champions League quality team for him.

You will be able to watch game in Volunteer Arms in Fort William mhate , enjoy the gig !

  4. Dallas Dallas where the heck is Dallas on

Hamiltontim, Collum and his colleagues are rotten due to Shug Dallas still being the unoffical boss of refs and being head of the too powerful Lanarkshire Referrees Association.

My apologies for not posting my gratitude to you sooner and to the rest of the Trust for all the work you do (i want more entryist policies at the AGM lol) . I enjoyed the AGM especially being in the company of Four Green Fields.

Jeanette Findlay has went up higher in my estimation when Four Green Fields and I had chat with her after the meeting . Her comments about FOCUS and what they get up to along with Celtic chat , was facinating.

Willie Collums performance was very surprising today but that of his assistant’s was the usual corrupt bias. 2 incident’s stand out in the mind.

The first being the foul on Paddy Roberts where the linesman, who was no more than 2 yards away, failed to flag, even though he was looking right at the incident.

The second incident being the penalty, where the official behind the goal line was pointing towards the ball, as if to indicate the offending player had actually won the ball when he had not.

Although Willie didn’t make any game changing mistakes I still feel he only had an average performance but this is understandable considering he was getting absolutely no help from his assistants.

Agree wholeheartedly on your posts about referees . I remember being shocked at a reply a senior referee in England gave in reply to a question on Talksport a couple of years ago . He basically said that it’s not always about the rules !

Game management and career prospects come into the equation !! That was in relation to refereeing at the world cup . I think it applies in most games , and definitely in Scotland. HH

Apologies, I missed your post, take care and hope you and the family get through this sad time, life and family are far more important than any game of football

  8. Gollum was a joke. As TTT said they are not all becoming experts in game management to our disadvantage.

Read on here only thing he got wrong was the non red for the attempted disembowelling of Wee Paddy. Beerman should have got a second yellow and again as some have said if Waghornpenalty shot have went in do people seriously believe the Linesman (nee asst referee) would have raised that belated flag????

Penalty was blatant BUT the Hill one on Griff @ New Year was even more blatant.

    We are reffed differently.

  9. El Classico turning into a contest between two goalkeepers making brilliant save after brilliant save. Great game.

  10. BBC

This was a difficult day for Rangers, but one can only speculate as to how much sorer it might have been had Andy Halliday been sent off after lunging in on Patrick Roberts early on. The Rangers midfielder took Roberts out and was fortunate to see yellow instead of red.

  11. Popped on to see the celebrations, but alas, all still whinging about Referees.Fek knows what it would have been like if we got gubbed.

A Wailing Wall needed for Celtic Park. After every victory all go and stand and header it.

  12. Willie Collum- I know you read this blog…

    Willie Collum – f###ing COWARD.

    You hear?

    COWARD.

    COWARD, COWARD, COWARD!

Beautiful play by the Hoops. Beautiful result. SHOULD have been 7 or 8, maybe double figures against 9 men.

    But for that COWARD Collum.

We have a team beyond comparison to that ragamuffin collective of scrofulous Hun pish.

Outclassed them. Outplayed them, despite the assaults on our most skilfull players delivered with impunity.

I expect there will be Huns booking holidays to celebrate their lucky 0-2 ‘almost win’.

Time for some dinner and a read back.

Elated but seething after watching a Celtic team battle 14 Huns and a referee team well versed in subtle chicanery.

SFTB – condolences on a day so happy for so many but so desperately sad for you and yours.

  13. A very enjoyable game to watch. The goalies have been outstanding, speaking of which I thought Craig done well today when called upon.

One thing about Spanish refs they dish out the cards no matter what stage the game is at.

  14. The worst offside decision of all time there, 4 Madrid players at least 2 yards off, lino didn’t flag.

    Ramos red card, deserved.

  15. AuroraBorealis79 on

Once again the ignorant roach that is TURKEYBHOOBY comes on to the blog to moan about moaners.

You must have a wailing wall as your brain damage suggests you have hit your head off 10 too many walls

  16. Dallas

Ha ha yep the revolution starts here! :-)

Yes the good lady has much that the Celtic support should thank her for or at least recognise. I’m involved with her through the Trust, FAC and the permanent memorial for An Gorta Mor and although we have our disagreements it’s a pleasure to work with her.

Ps she also makes fantastic Che fairy cakes! :-)

  17. I think we can all see it coming. A Celtic players career ended.

Time to really ask questions of this refereeing setup up here. It stinks.

  18. Gary67

The tackle by Haliday was much worse than the one we’ve just seen from Ramos in my opinion.

  19. Very, very assured performance today.

And great to see a good Hampden pitch for once.

  20. Undoubtedly the Haliday tackle was a lot worse. He could have ended Paddys career and he is such a talented player. Haliday is utter sh*te – like the team he plays for. I hope his footballing (he is no footballer) career is ended soon, for the Good of the game. ;)
