    Good 1st half performance topped off with a truly great strike. They are a limited team who are well drilled. The keeper cannot have the same amount of luck he had in the first 45. The tie is there for the taking now.

    After the first twenty minutes when that Keeper was getting so lucky I thought no chance.

     

     

    As Celtic ran out of ideas I thought this will peter out.

     

     

    Now thanks to Kris Commons the whole place feels differently.

    What a goal from Kris. Sweet strike. Was going to take something special to beat their keeper tonight he was pulling off some decent saves. I think JF is struggling poor touch poor passing but he isn’t hiding and is seeing far more of the ball than he did in Astana

    What a tough first half. Reminds me of my days playing junior football :) – everyone getting stuck in as if their life depended on it. We didn’t create as many chances as we did first half last week but we dominated the game, not giving them a sniff.

     

     

    Sammi has been really up for the game. A great cross field run led to Commons wonder strike for the goal. At that point it was hard to see where the goal was going to come from, but it couldn’t have come at a better time. The Bhoys will be lifted for the second half as will the crowd.

     

     

    Defense has been solid with Efe also helping out going forward. Similarly, Adam and Charlie have pressed well down the wings. The only disappointment has been James Forrest (again). Lenny should keep him in the dressing room and bring on anyone else.

     

     

    Midfield working very hard. Ledley and Brown keeping things tight against some stiff opposition.

     

     

    All to play for. It’s going to be another very tough 45 mins.
