Seven goals today equals four points.
Lenny has changed us in terms of style and tactically.
No continuation of Brendan`s teams creeping slowly up the park.
Even in the closing minutes when we badly needed an equalising goal.
The team were great today.
And Lenny deserves great credit .

Eddy’s movement and permeate was outstanding.
As you say, he’s still young and can only continue to improve.
We are lucky to have him.
Once Leigh is 100%, I think we will see two up front, in certain games.
Lenny has said, Leigh has been a long time out and will continue to improve.

GFTB I think Ryan’s got a great engine, which is one of the things I hope Neil brings to the team hard work, so I don’t see a place for tom R, I’m a big believer if a player isn’t having a good game he should at least bring a good work ethic

I am in total agreement about the Cluj 0 scoreline.

Totally agree.. Neil might not be every bodies cup of tea, some think a board place man, cheap option … but am afraid until he does fail even the doubters should back him … came in facing an unbeaten Hibs team last season, then an away game at tynecastle where previously assaulted Neil might not be everyone’s favourite but he loves Celtic …. personally I think he is a far better manager than his first stint but as you post … he will want 100% effort from every player he selects … it’s the way he played

Again, I agree, read Jobo’s post during the week about CL games not winning (or getting humped) v Europa games where we can give it a good go in the group stages … but the wages we are paying and trying to tempt Maryan, Julieanne, Boli-Boli and Hatem to the Spl while improving Ncham, Rogic, MacGregor, KT, Broony and whoever else last season needs to be financed and the CL group stages help finance the wage bill …. but like you I fancy a wee away goal or two on Wednesday … always do :-)

For to play football, the Glasgow Celtic way was certainly evident today.
Celtic have played 5 competitive games this season, scoring 19 and conceding 2. Not bothered about losing the Joey Barton Close Season Cup. Another treble will be a wee consolation.
Wonder if Sky flashed up the ‘as it stands’ table at any point this afternoon ;-)

Can you remember a hattrick when all three goals were scored from outside the box.
Ryan is a star in the making before our eyes. Odsonne Edouard is also developing into a great player. His unselfish work today created most of our goals. He deserved a hattrick too.

Remember seeing Henrik score a perfect hattrick against Aberdeen, one with either foot and a header in paradise. Our attacking midfield options within our squad are brilliant.
