CELTIC’S HECTIC 8-GAME RUN-IN

CELTIC kick off a hectic schedule of eight games in their run-in to the turn of the year when they take on St Johnstone at McDiarmid Park in the High Noon showdown on Sunday.

The matches come thick and fast – including the final Champions League Group E encounter against Feyenoord under the lights in the east end of Glasgow – and they conclude with the second derby of the season at Parkhead on Saturday December 30.

As well as the Ibrox outfit, the Hoops face another three Premiership outings at home against the Edinburgh double-act of Hearts and Hibs while Livingston are also due to visit.

Brendan Rodgers’ men travel to Kilmarnock and Dundee before the curtain comes down on another memorable year that saw the champions seal a world record eighth domestic treble with their Scottish Cup triumph over Inverness Caley Thistle on June 3.
