Scottish Football League, rule 23. Members’ Financial Records, “All Members and Associate Members shall keep detailed financial records of their activities and the board may arrange an inspection of all such records”.

In the absence of audited accounts for a new club, the board of the SFL are in a unique position to examine the financial records of The Rangers to ensure its leadership is not running amok with the Scottish game, in the same way previous incumbents of Ibrox did.

Or, a few months after Craig Whyte crashed a football club after telling everyone he had enough money to complete the season, will the football authorities look the other way?  Again?

    Zombie share prospectus will list all assets owned by the company and their assessed value including (but not exclusive to) football grounds, training grounds, car parks, cash in the bank…… etc.

     

    The operating costs section should also make for some interesting reading.

    Not really been paying attention, but chuckie keeps talking about raising £20m if the share thing is a success.

     

     

    Does any one know how much of the compay’s stock this is, is it 10%, 20%, 50%?

    Just read the SFA questions, nothing less than a truly independent foreign investigation can get to the bottom of the corruption, UEFA and FIFA are not capable or interested unfortunately. Is there any body or organisation that can or will be interested, I don’t think so.

    I see where it could sidetrack things, but one of the posts that never got past moderation was about referee commities, who decides who referees what games etc.

     

     

    As far as I am concerned, these commities have power to beat the band, and they actually hold the balance of power within the game in scotland.

     

     

    If question like that are not about monitering scottish football, maybe I should take up golf, oh, I already have, well tiddlywinks then :>)

    Did anyone at the SPL ask to clarify the situation at Rangers when Walter Smith said (in October 2009) that the bank was “running the club”?

    Sevco can’t and won’t pay any attention to the FTT, sevco give not a jot about stripped titles.

     

     

    Sevco are operating with a licence that should never have been issued, sevco are progressing up the league with the help of the saf and their referees, without them so far, they would be quite a few points worse off.

     

     

    They are the biggest issue concerning the game in scotland.

     

     

    And I did read what you posted, I just for once don’t agree with you, there I said it :>)))

    To think that the Scottish mincestreammedia used to laugh and call the celtic news Pravda I now find quite funny. They do know the truth but are scared pathetic individuals with no morals whatsoever never mind journalistic integrity. Does anyone remember an often spouted word………… Dignity.

    Sorry BB just reading back, not ashamed to say that brought more than a few tears to my eyes. How many more setbacks can the family take and I’ve had a few myself. I said a prayer for the wee man at mass this morning but in the scheme of things I feel pretty helpless.
