FORGOTTEN Celtic keeper Conor Hazard is on the brink of agreeing a loan deal with Ross County.
The 24-year-old Northern Ireland international returned to the champions just before the turn of the year after a temporary switch to Finnish champions HJK Helsinki.
However, Hazard is fourth in the pecking order at the Hoops behind Joe Hart, Benji Siegrist and Scott Bain and it looks as though his time at the club is coming to an end, as CQN stated three weeks ago.
ON THE BALL AND ON THE MOVE…Conor Hazard is poised for his FIFTH loan transfer from Celtic.
Dingwall boss Malky Mackay wants the skyscraper netminder for the second half of the season to add competition for present No.1 Ross Laidlaw, according to a Daily Record report.
The Parkhead side are unlikely to stand in the way of the switch for a shotstopper who has already had loan moves to Falkirk, Partick Thistle and Dundee.
Hazard was the club’s quadruple treble hero when he saved two penalty-kicks in the shoot-out against Hearts to ensure the Scottish Cup was won in December 2020 to complete the phenomenal TWELVE domestic trophies in a row for the club.
