  1. the long wait is over on

    That was a total annihilation.

Just give Commons what he wants , sign him and play him.

Watched much of Aberdeen’s game yesterday and we look a far, far better team.

Kris did well against crap. He usually does.

If we have higher ambitions, for example in Europe, he won’t cut it.

    ====================

No, but he can guarantee us the Scottish title and loves playing for the Hoops.

Win-win. Keep him a couple of seasons more while we search for a new playmaker.

  3. Despite being motm tonight and I thought he was excellent When we play better teams KC struggles I’m afraid – sorry KC

  4. Wist. Sorry to hear that, but then I am sure you are happy with the three points. Also you are no poorer or richer that you were before the result. Actually you are richer, we won.

A great team performance, felt for kris who never stopped running (unfit?) and was sooo unlucky not to score.

I think KC was playing crossbar challenge tonight!!!

  6. 1/2 way stage & on-track – v.g. play & deserved 2-0 result.

    Repeat x 19 times = 32W + 72G 99Pts……………………….

I would rather Ronny pulled down his pants to see which players can hit his arse with the ball.

I think you’ll find that a manager like that demands top dollar. We can’t afford that. Have to make do with more traditional methods…and the associated results.

Shame. Did big John not say something about fans and entertainment? Orange and lemon comparison but the juxtaposition works.

Yer bahooky, johanson was the real man of the match, set the tempo and created both goals. skepovic scored if you missed it

  9. Tanner is pure hurting! Desperate to find a negative angle.

I can only imagine his comments if his beloved Huns had a player like Kris playing for them.

van Djik played like he was not at all interested. Well, he played as he has played in nearly every game this season and I regularly read on here that his head is elsewhere.

I think it is great that Aberdeen have made some of us a wee bit anxious and keener than usual to pick up points. Even so, I wonder who will be first to say that it is terrible that another team can actually challenge us considering the financial advantage we have.

    Very good performance tonight.

    `night all.

  11. Excellent performance tonight, Commons & Henderson, both played well and made a big difference in providing the creativity that has been lacking of late.

How Commons didn’t score with 9 attempts blocked, saved or hit the woodwork , would rather we were playing this weekend rather than going on a break. Bring on the Accies !!!

    Woosh…….

    I was being facetious mate

I would rather Ronny went to the opposition with the same passion with both index fingers fully extended.

Don’t think he can play against us?

  14. Excellent celtic, well done. Now give it tight to the refs and rags to fill the next couple of weeks news and get the players revved right up

  15. Colour Blind Bhoy on

Lots to be happy with tonight, some great individual performances, 3 good points and even Tanner saying we were fantastic on the plastic.

Digressing slightly, if anyone still to book their summer holiday and Sri Lanka was an option, I’d get in there quickly before it’s a sell out. Based on this positive review from dubaibhoy, it’s the place to be and there will be no Tenerife for me this year!

    dubaibhoy-ur they still deid?

Anyone got any experience with Sri Lanka as a vacation destination?

    mnc,

Sri Lanka is a country with fantastic potential – but populated by F@@kwits. If you have been to the sub-continent and know and like the mindset you will be fine.

Amazing countryside, nature, beaches, great surf. Good Elephant reserves, whale-watching, turtle centres.

Dreadful roads, food + accommodation is way overpriced for what you get. If you go, target a location where you do not need to travel, as it takes hours getting very short distances + dont even think about hiring a car.

Dont stay in or near Columbo. Remember that 50km can be a 5 hour drive. Dont go there thinking you’re going on the pull, unless you like 50 year old Russians or Germans. Be prepared for a country with no night-life. Once it gets dark (at 6:00) thats it for the day.

If you’re thinking of going to the mountains (eg Kandi), think about seaplane or heli transfer as it is a days travel otherwise each direction for what looks like a short distance on the map.

Always remember you’re being ripped off. Ask the price and start by quartering it at least. Don’t pay more than half original quote. If stopped by Police remember that they are all corrupt and only interested in greenbacks. Guides etc are all very friendly – always pay afterwards, never in advance.

    Captain Beefheart,

There’s a few in the team who couldn’t do it in Europe, that I’d name before KC.

The cleverest footballer we currently have, by far.

Slow, yes. Not a great first touch. But when he gets the ball under control, there’s nobody I’d rather have on it.

We’d be daft to let him go imo

  17. kdc

Johansen man of the match….good god ???

As for Scepovic, glad to see him score but generally he was poor and surprisingly so in the air.

My youngest tutted when I cheered KC’s

    robust challange on Skeletor.

I am also a bad man.

    You’re not a bad Mhan.

Some yellows are worth it. And morally justifiable.
