  1. Bayer 1 up

Fair comment from an attacking sense. We have been better on that level but defensively is were we have to learn to play simple, from midfield back to defenders. 3 poor goals lost from poor passing and sloppy defending.

Yes I agree it was a penalty also.

Completely agree. they are phenomenal up front but we are still managing to penetrate their backline.

More solid defending (and a penalty award) and we could still be in it! It’s not a terrible performance by any means!

That’s not what I am saying and fine you know it

The game is corrupt, we all know it, we have the choice, walk away or take part, 99.99% of the Celtic support will want to take part, myself included, what I would dream is we can do it without the cheating, we have managed so far, we can compete to a level.

cheating winkers or not, the passing of PSG is incredible”

Like the guy on Call of Duty online that is running a script that lets him have a head shot every time, looks good but you know it’s just bullshit..

    Say what ever you like!

Tonight we are playing a team who are light years ahead of us in every position.

Nothing to do with poor defending/passing.

We cannot defend against players of the caliber of Nymar, Cavani, even if our passing was better!

Mind you we could always kick fuc* out of them and end up with 8 men on the park for an inglorious defeat.

That might suit some on here.

    Really looking forward to Sunday!

    C’MON THE CELTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. Anyone else feel that the referee’s positioning has been poor at times when we’ve had the ball. I think he’s forced our players to change direction or slow down a couple of times because he’s been in the way.

  8. Cavani shoots over after another bad giveaway.

Boyata gave it away but Brown was static allowing them to nick it

  9. In all my years following Celtic, I can’t remember a defence that is so injury prone as the current first picks and it rarely seems to be due to a heavy challenge.

Maybe the experience we are gaining in playing the likes of Barcelona, Man City, Bayern and PSG will set a benchmark.

Isn’t that what it’s all about, rather than strolling it in Scotland?

Brendan said at the outset that this was a long-term plan to re-establish us as a European side.

We’re going to get a few bloody noses along the way and tonight’s one of them so far but FFS it’s where we need to be in order to learn and progress; we won’t do that at Thistle or Killie.

I’ll take a few canings from the best in the world now if it means we come back stronger next year, and the year after that.

Meanwhile, MON THE HOOOOOOPS for the second half.
