    As for me, got let down by the medical team who were, supposed to call me on Friday with my cancer blood results. I left it until 2pm then called them – umpteen times – only to be put onto an answering machine.

     

    They’re gonnae fluk me up again….like, last year.

    I’ll phone them again on Monday wi one of ma wee one-liners….

     

    I’ll tell them….

     

    …”Ye know what….Cancer team….don’t be trying to dae away wi me….know why ?….Coz, better than use have tried….so,….let it go….”

     

    They’ll probably say – “What do you mean better than us have tried ?”

     

    I’ll tell them – “Have ye ever tried tae dae a shift oan that CQN, under the name of – KevJungle ?”

     

    They’ll probably, look at each other and…redirect me to the psychiatric unit….my old haunt :)

     

    Thanks for all yer best wishes / prayers etc….re-direct them to my wife and son….without whom….KevJungle would have been, long, long….gone.(So yeez can blame them :)

    Nevertheless……..on the basis of the info. you have provided , I`d be full on to my G.P. and telling him/ her to intervene on my behalf and get a response. It`s the least you deserve and it`s their job.

    Today should have been an all green cup final .. I sincerely hope ronny and the bhoys are watching and thinking ‘ we let ourselves and our support down ” – maybe even thinking ” once again we were cheated ” and getting a bit angry

     

     

    We made plenty of chances early doors and could easily have been 3-0 up before the penalty / red card.

     

     

    Yesterday we had great chances to put the game away at 2-0 but again allowed a referee to take full advantage of our missed opportunities and give a penalty .

     

     

    BTW thistle had gone years without a pen … bet they wish they played us more often

    Some hit from Nir Biton yesterday – just outside the postage stamp – would have been a contender for goal of the season.

     

     

    Kazim-Richards also played well I thought when he was introduced – though his finishing was abysmal in all honesty.

    Looking forward to the game at Hampden today. My lhad played with a player from both sides and I really want both boys to play well as they are great lads who have worked really hard

     

    My hope is that both score in a 1-1 draw and I’ll leave the rest to fate…

    The hospital will be aware that you and your family won’t be concerned by not getting your results as promised by them and that you would all have a brilliant weekend anyway.

     

     

    My recent dealings with the NHS have been similar to yours when my wee girl had the lumps on her breast last year.

     

     

    When I complained about the upsetting and shocking way she was dealt with they thought it was funny!

     

     

    I was so angry I can’t say on the Blog how I was feeling.

     

     

    Keep on at them!

     

     

    Complain to the hospital, your doctor, your MP,MSP, anyone who will listen.

     

     

    The NHS is a shambles.

     

     

    Alas, I don’t see anything improving soon.

     

     

    Get well soon Buddy and you are always in our prayers.
