  1. what the heck is forrest still doing at Celtic.

Heard lassads name twice – not good enough from a player of his quality for our team

    bump them both.

    shocking football tonight.

    Sort it out Neil.

  2. 67Heaven ... I am Neil Lennon..!!.. Ibrox belongs to the creditors on

Did Utd beat murdewell .?…go on, cheer me up, someone

  3. I’m not paranoid but . . . .

I can only remember a couple of games in my whole life where the ref decided not to use the full extra time that was indicated and both of these have been in the last couple of weeks.

Dundee Utd v SEVCO – no extra time played with 3 minutes indicated and DU pushing for more goals.

St J vs Us – less than 2 minutes with 3 minutes indicated.

Had Arsenal game on in background and time ran beyond the 3 minutes indicated.

    What are the rules?

If complaining is your want- fill your boots.

All the players you want to slaughter have given me a great season and will continue to do so.

I can live easy with tonight’s result. My world is not rocked.

  5. Really annoyed after watching that had enough

posession to win two games, poor passing and choice of pass

we also need to man up when we play teams like this

they kick and bite and scratch for everything we need to

give it back and build a platform to play our game

as for Norris , aw forget it., hacked off

I will need to put the thinking-cap on to maximise my 93p profit tomorrow night!

Get the hard ones right – never the easy ones.

    :-)

  7. St Johnstone will feel hard done by.. I would.

Nothing wrong with their second goal.

    Great equalizer from Hasselbaink

    Good game…

  8. A bit disappointed, decent first half, lots of chances and should have been further ahead.

I know some posters have said they would like to have seen the youngsters tonight, but consider this, cold February night, is that the time and is Perth the place to do it?

Plenty of time to bring the youngsters through, when the league is secure and the weather and pitches less of an issue, just an opinion.

  9. Algarvian,

You won’t believe this, but in my house we have a TV and a radio. Allowing me to listen to Celtic and watch Arsenal at the same time.

But you’re right. Your sheer Luddite mono-media infantilism makes you a much, much, better Celtic fan than me…

  10. Jobo,

A title chance away to St Mirren with a gig booked at the Church? :)

Altogether now….. ‘memories like the corners of my mind etc’ :)

    God bless,

  11. We got what we deserved tonight. St J defended well and were much better in the second half. Couldn’t see much wrong with their second disallowed goal. We could easily have lost this.

I don’t see what Lassad brings, or why he plays, I just dont. Stokes and Watt must be astounded of forehead.

    Lubo.

  12. We have never played so many youngsters as we have under Neil.

They have never had a better opportunity to make it.

Players like Watt and McGeoch are doing nicely and are very keen for more. Others will join them in time.

Lassad and Miku are not keeping them out of the team- they have not had as much game time as they want or as much as Neil wanted to give them. It is the great form of Hooper and Commons and Sammi that is keeping them out of the team.

I expect the unhappy players to be Rogne, Kayal, McCourt and Miku who are all getting much less game time than they think they merit.

The young boys will bide their time knowing that they are playing for a manager who has show a willingness to play young players.

Oh! and James Forrest is going to be a huge star. He came closest to saving the game tonight. He will be getting back to his best.

  13. Time added on a non-issue, we drew. Simple as.

And got away with some dodgy offside calls.

    It happens.

Expect the ‘anythingbutaconvincingwin’ bloodletting to begin on CQN now. It’ll be some bodies fault, probably the managers……

Time for me to sign off, I wish everyone a peaceful night.

P.S. arsenal result is comparatively far worse than ours Vs Juve. Silver linings.

So if i criticise a celtic player I’m actually slaughtering them.

    Gies a brek.

Play the young hungry ghuys we are allegedly bringing through or lose them.

    Lassad or Watt?

An off form Hooper or Watt? If Stokes was not selected from the start due to a family bereavement he shouldn’t even have been on the bench.

Or maybe Neilly asked him if he was up for it a la Efe.

Rogic, McGeough for a bit of sparkle and creativity in midfield.

  15. We’re 19 clear we’re 19 clear the mighty Glasgow tic are clear.

Not a great result but who cares the champions are marching towards 2IAR.

    GBNL.

  16. CultsBhoy loves being 1st forever & ever on

    67Heaven

    Cheers :-)

not remotely bothered by drawing away from home – would like to have seen lots of young guys tonight..or if experienced team selected, looking for better.

  17. Neil Lennon doesn’t play youngsters?

Adam Matthews? Wanyama? Forrest? Forster? Rogne?

Did Tony Watt not come on and score the winner against Barcelona.? Did we imagine that?

So is he discriminating against boys who come through the youth set up? Again, Forrest, Watt…

Some folk change the shape of the stick to try and beat our manager every ten minutes. What utter claptrap.

Thanks….turned shortbread off…..fed up listening to their bigoted shoite

I’m close to citizenship. Have an interview soon to be questioned on American history and command of English.

The latter could be an issue with my Lanarkshire moss accent.

The former is a very short course of studies.

  20. Saints turned up the clug-o-meter at half time and upset our silky Celts, every time I watch that choob Tade I wonder how he gets away with kicking and throwing the ball away disrupting and fouling through the whole game only to here some dork out on Doritos commentator say “He’s a real handful”

Second half Saints worked hard for their money a draw a fair result..

    MOM The Linesman..

  21. Perspective (Team and Club) – where we are in the League/ CL or where Arsenal are (and have been for the past 8 years)?

Think we’ve got a lot more to be cheerful about than the ‘North Bank’ patrons!

  22. Guys as soon as league is wrapped off, Watt, McGeough, Miku, Rogic, etc will get far more game time, get some goals, win some games, the youngsters will be fine…..

Anyway, as for Watt, he’s exceeded all expectations so far this season, though I do agree he should play more in games like tonight, when Hoopers off form and Lassad doesn’t really fancy it!

  23. jinkyredstar cuts it back for Neil Lennon on

St Johnstone have been a bogey team before – any auld haunts remember a great wee player called Kenny Aird?

  24. Philbhoy - It's just the beginning! on

I would loan Forrest out to get game time and his fitness up to speed

I’m struggling to remember when he changed a game.

Personally i think his time at CP is over.

    Shame.

  25. St Johnstone Quick News is saying “Celtic are our bogey team this year. We have only 5 points out of 9 against them but may need to play them again”.

  26. Re the youngsters.

JOHN HERRON scored a hat trick, including a spot kick, in his last game for the under 20s against Ross County.

He should have been rewarded with a game instead of the disappointing Lassad.

    Remember the name JOHN HERRON

You will be hearing it a lot shortly………..if only from myself :-))

  27. Philbhoy - It's just the beginning! on

    Mullet…..

Forrest is a dud and Watt isny gettin a game!

    Facts!

  28. Tricoloured Ribbon on

4 absolute sitters missed in the first half and we can have no complaints.

Concerned that Tony Watt hasnt even featured on the bench in the last two games as he was superb when he came on at Inverness. Is he injured does anyone know?
