Lot of Huns on, though…..
For a team that wins so many corners we have an atrocious record of converting them to goals. Do we even practice them at training? It is not as if we don’t have guys that can cross the ball and a few big guys to get on the end of them. Yet when it comes to defending them we are like rabbits in the headlights.
RD looks to be out of his depth at times although he did have the sense to take off a defender and bring on a midfielder to beef up our attacking options. Pity he left it till the 78th minute, he should have done it at half-time. Too many ineffectual performances tonight, but special mention has to be made of Forrest. An anonymous spectator yet again.

I said last week that we had a huge 10 days ahead, season forming, so we are back where we were in the league two months ago. We will win the league, not sure of RD will be around for it now.
The MSM want blood and he is showing signs of being ready to walk, they should be careful what they wish for.
We can only improve from here. Tomorrow like today and yesterday I will be a Celtic supporter.

I wonder what the suits will make of things, to lose the league would be a wee bit of a disaster so it would.
I like RD and think over the long run he would be a success for Celtic. However, opinion among the support has soured to the point that I can’t see any other outcome than Celtic having a different manager next season.
In my opinion that won’t solve all of the problems though.

We are top of the league by three points and have a +26 superior goal difference to Aberdeen, our nearest challengers who have now played their two home games against us and still have to come to Celtic Park to face what will be a large, hostile crowd. I’m backing Celtic to win.

I thought the very same thing tonight, then thought, no surely we score loads at corners?? but it does seem that we don’t convert as many as we should
Only Gordon, Erik, Tierney, Brown and Griffiths stood up to be counted.
The rest cannot feel happy with their pathetic efforts.
SA and GMS will be vying for the same part in Wizard of Oz.
This game and I suspect every one from here on in, will need to be won by heart, guts and glory well before glamour.
Who will come forward to assume the Roy Aitken role?

I think, on balance, we will still win the league. But the fact there are doubts is telling.
If WGS were available toll the end of the season. I think I’d consider it. But if not, there’s no sense in getting rid of Ronnie just for the sake of it.
In the medium term, however, his time is surely up? I just cannot imagine him leading us into Europe next season.
Usual suspects on here tonight, problem is that they are right, time to go, we need our baws back
