It’s been a long time since we’ve had a home game; 4th August, against Aberdeen. Since then we’ve played five games on the road, three of which involved international travel, with two games in the Highlands.
Statistical analysis shows that form suffers when teams are forced to pile-up away fixtures. Training schedules are interrupted as travel eats into time which would otherwise be spent fine-tuning fitness or working on defensive/forward strategy. Instead Celtic have improved enormously from their Flag Day at the beginning of the month, despite, or perhaps, because, Neil Lennon has indulged in extensive use of a squad rotation policy.
No one at Celtic will be complacent ahead of Wednesday’s Champions League play-off, the ghost of Ross County in 2010 and Inverness in 2011 will see to that. One ‘Big Dan Moment’ is all it takes to turn a comfortable lead into a tight tie with a player deficit, but I suspect Neil Lennon will be more concerned with putting the brakes on his players, rather than motivating them. A calm and organised performance is required.

OSCAR KNOX APPEAL
Hello , just to let you know that I am planning to take part in a 50 mile cycle from Glasgow to Edinburgh, 09/09/2012
During the next 2 weeks I plan to train very hard in order to be able to take part in this cycle where I would hope to be able raise some funds for “Wee Oscar Knox” who is 3 year old kid and is not keeping very well just now.
You can read Oscar’s story on web link below….

In the meantime, all donations are welcome, thanks
JJ
I think we’ll use some of the Ki money to improve the current contracts of a few of our young players who have come on leaps and bounds. Otherwise we could lose them.

67heaven,
just a wee observation, I think the corporate sales have been worst hit since the demise of corrupt fc.
I expect the old firm support will only take tickets on a game by game basis now
Neil canamalar Lennon hunskelper extrordinaire –
Who is this “old firm support” you speak of??
Hendrix, Timabuoy, Canamarlar Thanks for the advice, a site which is more than Celtic news.
Prince Albert Kidd, I’m on sky broadband, windows vista. Recently my son took a tour of the Aviva and my Da put all the pics onto a disc. I put the disc into my laptop and viewed them. Then I couldn’t get on the web! It did say something that a new device may be the problem.

Absolutely ….. The exec boxes behind us in the Investor Club have been empty this season .. Think it may also be attributable to the general recession, but, you are correct, the xxx xxxx aspect is the main reason ….
Last season’s average was 6,261. At the weekend, the five games outside Inverness/Celtic averaged 7,118. Average for 2012/13 is 7,582.

What the f*** is the idea of discussing a third division club on Clyde all about…seriously. They are in the lowest division- why is so much time being spent on them by the MSM?
Hunbelievable.
jobo…,
people who have given up their tickets because the old firm is dying.
I expect there were more corporate losses because many would buy to retain old firm access only.
Neil CLHE
i gave up
My ticket because I missed so many games because they were played on Sundays, Saturday st 12.30 and midweek which didnt suit with the job I do
I also think we should have been encouraged (everyone) with cheaper tickets about four years back
Just my opinion
@BTWCelticShow: Grade 1 referees used for games vs Zombies in div 3? Why? So they can keep the cheating on message? Incredible corruption

McCall “Kirk Broadfoot a major player for sevco” ha ha ha ha
==========
To be fair, he did say that it was hard to believe such a thing.
Didn’t realise they actually have taken their refs with them.
Unbelievable!!!
hen1rik
I could hardly believe that when I heard it earlier. There is no valid reason for it except to keep the honest mistakes going in their favour.
Yesterday’s favour was beyond blatant.

Did not catch that, was laughing too much
was the referees not part of the 5 way agreement ?
did Sally not demand to take his referees with him.
Heard thet Sevco’s new poster boy Barrie McKay is an ex Altar Bhoy, anyone know him?
McCall has to realise he is talking about 3rd div football here. FFS how bad are the huns.
Or should I say how bad a coach/manager is McMoist he is getting advice from a failure of a manager like Mccall
sipsini,
if they get away with it, they’ll be bringing new ones with them all the way up

I think a degree of honesty on here as regards Sevco would be useful. It is quite obvious that although they are patently not the exact same Rangers as once existed, they still hold something very close to that in our minds. Any Celtic supporter who did not enjoy them dropping points at Peterhead and Berwick can probably say that they really don`t see them as an extension of the old club. For those of us, and I very strongly include myself in this group, who glean lots of pleasure from the Third Division club`s woes, then it is quite clear that we still see them as being Rangers in some form. I,too, can see the appeal of non-attendance should we draw them at Home in any Cup but the prospect of gubbing them is also very appealing.
===================================================
Fair comment – we are in a difficult position.
It is a new club. That is a fact easily proven with the correct paperwork.
But it also has the same followers, from what I am told the same odious song book, same stadium and same jersey, many of the same players.
Now here’s the dilema – they are different and I love to highlight that. BUT they are acting the same and have the world according to Sky Sports and the Scottish Media believing they are the same. While this is a nuisance it is also going to be their downfall. They are inviting BDO and HMRC and others on to them. They will still have to deal with the legacy of the old club they claim to be a continuance of. And that legacy could yet see another form of death for them – the loss of their ‘spiritual’ home and training facilities, the stripping of titles and such like.
It’s bleak for them. But their foolish followers still allow themselves to be led over yet another precipice by the latest charlatans who ‘own’ whatever it is they are following. ‘Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice, three times maybe even four or five call me a Rangers man’ as George Bush might have said……
From what I have seen of them they have become even more of a cesspit for their white underclass loyalist knuckle draggers to attach themselves to. Hell mend them.
So yes, I think we can laugh at them with some justification but I’ll draw the line at watching their games until they have some bearing on us – which will be a long time from now.
As for not turning up to see Celtic if we draw them in the cups – never. We’ll be there to see Celtic and relentlessly let them know that we don’t know who or what they are and that whatever they are they are utter garbage on the field.

I work with his cousin. Don’t know about him being an alter boy but I do know he is getting a bit of a slagging.

Absolutely sick of ex players bring trotted out by msm to proclaim’ we don’t want trophies awarded to us, it was 11 against 11 bla bla bla’
The point that these msm cretins are missing is that the 11 on show for the orcs at that time would have been about 4 as they could not afford them. Only by using the EBT illegally were they able to sign the bulk of these players.
By not paying their social taxes and paying players using side contracts they have cheated and are due title and trophy stripping at the least.
These titles should be left blank in the record books as a permanent reminder to future generations of total disregard of sporting integrity and win at all costs mentality.
Cheating stupid orcs.
Hail Hail
So the general consensus from hun callers is pump Mccoist, but who would his replacement be Durie McCall ha ha .

Apparently he pleaded with the judge that he had an important game to referee and would lose his £1,000 SFA fee if he was not granted bail!
BBC sports news used to be Rangers and other news. Now that they are in div 3 it seems to be………….yes, Rangers and other news.
