    Enjoyed the game today. Putting one over on McInnes and his left hand (shake) man Madden is always good.

     

    Can I just say McKenna is not what we need, the right back position can be sorted easily but…the BIG BUT…is how do we replace Moussa?

     

    If we can source another Moussa and keep him for 3-4 seasons then we will achieve 10 in a row. This is coming from a guy who cannot stand the 10 in a row assumers amongst our support.

    Story I’ve heard from a guy who is an Investor is that Rodgers was offered £40m over 4 years to manage in China. He attempted to resign because neither he nor the Chinese wanted to pay the buyout on his contract with Celtic. Desmond got involved with DD telling BR that he was among the top 10 paid Managers in the UK and to start acting like it. And has instructed PL to back BR as much as poss in January.

     

     

    I don’t believe it personally but that is the story that I’ve been told.

    I’ve just watched Black ’47. Very good film as viewed as a simple recent thriller or as an historical drama.

    Below is an actual quote from BR on the China interest. When he talks about an ‘agreement’ it does sound like he may have used the China interest as a bargaining tool but that doesn’t mean he attempted to resign.

    Given the way every team is setting up against us …….I would take great personal joy if every week we stole a North London tune and chanted “1-0 to the CELTIC”….this season I am happy to win ultra ugly as long as those MoFos play ugly…..no need to be flamboyant as this season is a mercenary/kill season…..the broadcasters won’t like it….which pleases me…Hugely uncomfortable but Big Jock had seasons like this…….How does it go again …..1-0 to the CELTIC….

    See all the Lawell and board lovers on here, how can you watch what happened Eddy today and say nothing. All this don’t lower ourselves to their level is a load of crap. Time for the people who run Celtic to stand up for the Club, BR should have come straight out with it today and said he will be speaking to the compliance officer. Won’t hold my breath on Lawell saying anything, only time he speaks is trying to get mugs like me to renew their season books. Bunch of cowards.

    As big swee at 4.28 and others have pointed wee sleekit Logan blatanty pushed Ed seconds before McKenna clattered him.

     

     

    It reminded me of the effect of sleekit pushes . When Adam Matthews ‘ collar bone was broken, the Motherwell left back Hammil pushed Adam off balance then was hit by the wee horror Lasley resulting in Adam’s injury and a corner to us.

     

     

    Madhun should be no way near our games nor officiating other football matches for that matter.

    May I pass on my condolences to the family of Vincent Kerrigan , who has sat at the end of the row I’m in for over 25 years . He passed away last week . Vincent was a great Celtic man and trade unionist . He was brillant company , knew plenty of Celtic history and survived growing up beside Alex Ferguson. Thanks for all the great chat Vincent and your standard shout on the 44th minute of our games , c’mon Celtic, gies wan before we go in.

    Have say, having listened to some of the Podcast, the logic Harry Brady uses to speculate that BR may have wanted the move to China, even using the death of his parents some years ago as possible motivation, is utterly bizarre.

    You’re right about Graeme Sinclair’s performance in that game , both defensively and setting up Frank McGarvey when Frank hit the bar.

     

     

    Sinky got a lot of unnecessary grief while he was our player but unknown to us , he was playing with a debilitating hip injury. He sorted out Cooper and Simpson in a game up at Pittodrie with Simpson ending up with a bad ankle injury after Sinky did not pull out of a 50/50.
