    Jan Stepek was Polish, I’m sure.

     

    I worked with a Polish chain smoking, vodka loving mathematical genius in the 70s.

     

    He was very friendly with Stepek. Les had a colorful war career and I think that may have been the root of their friendship.

     

    Or maybe it was just a Polish thing or a common hate of East German border guards.

    the mayhem that’s been happening lately is not very nice especially for Neil Lennon who has had to put up with it since he came to Scotland for all the reasons we know. I know its been much worse than this in the past as I used to go to Tynecatle and Ibrock and there was chaose all the time but its not like that now though you might think its not too different but me and my wife were in Edinburgh last week with 60000 other people and had a great time and saw no problems anywhere so it can and does happen. If anyone is serious about what happened at hearts the other night its so obvious to me what should be done. Shut the first five rows from the pitch down and most of these problems disapeare Hail Hail

    Delighted you got to see Celtic play so well against the current pace setters in the League. I definitely reckon we stepped off the throttle 2nd half.

     

     

    Really looking forward to the first Red Bull home game – Rave lights too. Wheres ma glow sticks!!!!!

     

     

    Ye have a lot mair Celtic games to view. 8 Titles hopefully, 9 Titles hopefully and 10 hopefully…. with a wee bit of an impact on Europe thrown in for Good Measure.

    Just before half time the chant for Neil Lennon went up.

     

     

    Spontaneous is always much better.

     

     

    There was wan guy going mental shouting his name when it happened – aye me.

     

     

    Brave Neil. Somethings need the full Vocal cords.

     

     

    My Dad said that his Dad, who was taken way too early, would sing so very Loudly on the way home in Cardross.

     

     

    The only Grand Parent I never got to see. :(((((

    Someone was saying their iPad was all over the place, turn off Java script, works a treat, you have to reverse this right enough to watch videos etc. but well worth it.

     

     

    Someone saying they say a novena to Padre pio, my late dad used to say this every day with a lit candle etc. things that make you think of loved ones..?

    Petec and blog, when you actually think about it, I have seen nothing so far from Sevco or any others that suggest we will not win 8 IAR.

     

    Then we are onto hopefully winning 9 IAR, Sevco will be shitting themselves. Get this one then we are on the crest of more history.

     

    Europe (champions league) would be great, and boost the coffers, realistically we are never going to do anything, compete at some level, aye but never gonnae reach quarters or semis, group stages would be great.

     

     

    Then we are onto 10 IAR, imagine the shite that will hit the fan then, from zombies and zombie smsm…. Wow….

    It will be good to see what Mulumbu could bring to our game/style.

     

    I think he could be in contention for Thursday or Sunday, mind you the way we are playing it will take him a while to get into the team. At least he will give us options and be able to rest players.

     

    Broonie can’t be far away from a return either.

    We had a wee discussion on the bus coming home from the game on Saturday, a few were of the opinion that Broonie might struggle to get his place back on current form.

     

     

    That was until I asked if they would be okay going to the asbestos dome in December without him, quick change of mind came about after that.

    Looking ahead to Thursday, same starting 11 for me please. We are a seemingly very generous 3/1 with the bookies. I did expect that Leipzig would be priced as favourites but 3/1 for us is more than I expected to see. 3 more sleeps ;-)
