Happy but not ecstatic, really enjoyed the Izzy/Anto show, very entertaining. Negatives, they missed a sitter and a dodgy penno either side of half-time, if they went in it could all be so very different. However in fairness they were the only 2 goal opportunities they got. We should/could have got 7 or 8.

Thanks for the updates lads, be glad to get back to Paradise next week, it’s a long and tense night following a game on CQN, especially when the 2 pens were given.
Well……we are through!
Cup football, so that is the main thing.
Lots of good things to perhaps build on but a few flaws there as well.
Really enjoyed that tonight. Very entertaining, albeit modest opposition. Denayer looks a player. Purposeful, incisive runs and headed clearances that go miles. Guidetti looks a player too, hungry. Brown ran the game and Izzy and Stokes were a joy to watch. Much better.

Huge result for RD and the team. Some excellent bits and some worrying bits but the result was the most important thing given that knives have been out for RD. More work needed but moving in the right direction I feel.

Deserved result, overall the team looks like it’s improving and players beginning to understand what’s required of them. Izzy/stokes partnership should be encouraged to flourish and KC/Guidetti understanding should continue to improve.

stefan (Scepovic?) has got fantastic movement but nobody passes to him. Tonev robbed him of a goal. Not sure about Tonev but it’s early days

I am his biggest critic but Stokes linked up particularly well down the left with Izzy.
Izzy had his best game of the season and maybe no coincidence with the linkup with Stokes a factor.
