See Dopey Keevins is going for them to win the league.
Of course he is.
His reasons,
They seem to have a lot of firepower that we don’t,that could swing it.
Yep,one thing we are really short of is goalscorers.
There is no fool, like an old fool,as the saying goes.
It’s the man’s opinion, to which he is perfectly entitled. It is hardly in the realms of fantasy for anyone to tip either Glasgow team for the league this season.
In the build-up to season 2020/21 anyone suggesting Rangers would stop the 10 was ridiculed as needing locked up in a padded cell, or worse. We all know how that transpired.
It is the job of football writers to make predictions at the start of a season. No sense in getting pissed if they choose Rangers. If he had said Hibs or Aberdeen I could see your point.
Hail Hail.

Many including myself thought the title was in the balance, the manner of the League cup win in 2019, and the defeat at Celtic Park 29th Dec 2019 in a league game shortly after that cup win suggested to me and many others that there was very little between the sides
For the ‘record’ I think Celtic will win the league by more than 9 points, with games to spare.

For the first time in almost a quarter of a century, both Old Firm sides kicked off at 3pm as they brought their pre-season campaigns to an end.
Celtic hosted Norwich City at Parkhead while Rangers played Tottenham Hotspur inside Ibrox.
Officers said they had ‘appropriate policing plans’ in place to deal with the situation.
And cops confirmed to the Scottish Sun this morning that four men were arrested and charged in relation to football disorder yesterday.

Apparently a guy would photocopy the front of a genuine ST card with the words ‘Standing Section’ and glue it to various similar sized cards, which were used to bypass security to get into the standing section.
She did say that security eventually cottoned onto the scam and proper checks ensued. I seem to recall talk on CQN and elsewhere of the standing section being dangerously overcrowded at some gamss last season.

Police officers were allegedly attacked with street furniture during a mass brawl as football fans made their way to the Rangers vs Tottenham Hotspur match in Glasgow.
The disturbance took place at about 13:30 on Saturday ahead of the pre-season friendly at Ibrox Stadium.
Footage posted on social media shows a large group of fans fighting and wearing face coverings.
A 24-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
Police said he was charged with mobbing and rioting offences as well as police assault.
A further three men, age 25, 27 and 51 were also charged with breach of the peace offences.
Stop and search
There was a heavy police presence on Paisley Road West as fans made their way to the game, including officers from the Metropolitan Police.
Ch Supt Mark Sutherland said he had allowed officers to carry out stop and searches of people in vehicles or on foot.
He said: “Around 13:30 on Saturday, police officers were allegedly attacked with street furniture on Paisley Road West, near to Seaward Street, as they prevented a disturbance between rival football supporters.
“There have been a significant number of football fans intent on causing disorder and violence across the city this afternoon and police officers have had to act swiftly and robustly to ensure public safety and reduce disorder.
“As we approach the new football season I would make it clear that this behaviour will not be tolerated. It impacts other members of the public and the vast majority of football supporters who are in the city to enjoy the game.”
Harry Kane scored twice during the match as Tottenham beat Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s side 2-1.
