    Noo that’s no fair, they’re usually at the trackside all day doing aerobics, them guys you see exercising and waving their arms in the air are no really doing that for exercise reasons but to keep their health insurance and kiddies private education expenses covered.

    The Famous Glasgow Celtic continued tonight to stamp their Authority over their domestic competitors (alliteration for Sale)

     

    this season with a comprehensive win over Second League hopefuls’ Raith Rovers 2-0

     

     

    This follows their brilliant, if unlucky draw in the Amsterdam Arena against Ajax, and their humiliation of their league opposition(fill in the blanks) that followed

    Enjoyed the game tonight. Disappointingly small crowd but the GB and their rivals diagonally across from them made quite a racket throughout to try to generate a good atmosphere. While I was disappointed at the team selection, I was highly delighted with the victory and also the clean sheet. Some good performances also. Saidy Janko looks the business. Strong, fast, confident and direct. Efe is slowly getting his confidence back. Was decisive and didn’t mess about. Tyler Blackett is more of a centre back than a left back. Quite imposing in the middle. Young Tierney had another good game. Very steady.

     

     

    In the middle Broony had a very good game. Don’t know what the problem is with Stefan Johansen but I thought he was poor tonight but scored an excellent goal to confound me. GMS seems to have lost his confidence at the moment and needs to score soon to help him regain it. Calum McGregor played OK but sometimes chose the wrong option. Some fans seem very reluctant to give him any credit or encouragement.

     

     

    Kris Commons scored a great goal to help ease the tension and had a good game as did Tom Rogic when he came on. Nadir tried hard but to little effect. I thought he was starting to make an impact when he got subbed. Our goalie made a couple of very good saves.

     

     

    We go marching on. Progress was made and we found out more about some of our fronge players.

    Just home fae the game via the pub. What a poor boring game that was tonight.

     

    Efe, Saidy and Kris were our only decent players. Bring on the Hertz.

    Tom Rogic looks like he’s going t become a proper Celtic player. I thought he left us about 18 months ago, honestly I did. Driving down to a game about a month ago JJ mentioned him and we discussed how long ago he’d left Celtic……………………………..Doh!!!

     

     

    After seeing him on Sunday, and hearing he played well again tonight I’m happy my heid was oota sync with reality.

     

     

    He was great to watch against Dundee and I hope to see more of the same in the coming weeks.

    I pay my money and reserve the right to criticise any player. I hate that arguement. It is ok on here – sometimes given parameters. Largely though it is illogical if you are a supporter and want the players to perform well. I did the wrong thing and joined in booing when I was a lad. Sullivan was the scapegoat then and a bhoy called Burns got it on occasion. Totally pointless. Support Johannson Efe etc on the park.

    Been getting it tight from the Aberdeen supporters in my office since last week. Pity that I’m not back up there till Monday to return the favour to the four of them. Still, maybe they’ll get pumped again at the weekend and I can do it as a two for one.

     

     

    Needless to say, the office token hun still doesn’t engage with me at all. I like it that way. He know’s they’re shite and heading to hell once again.
