particularly pleased for hooper tonight who has been the recent scapegoat among our fickle members of support despite his phenomenal scoring record at home and abroad, performance summed up by clearing the ball in left back position at byeline in 5th min of injury time.
Hopefully the dissenters will now dissist wih their pathetic, how many times has hooper touched the ball drivel that has crept in recently.
god bless neil lennon, dermot desmond, peter lawell, the green brigade but particularly each and every player who has played a part however small in this incredible achievement.
As always proud to be a celtic fan but particularly proud that these men are the ones chosen to wear the hoops.
Personally I would like Schalke, just down the road from me and a fair sized stadium with better chances of getting a ticket. Travelling fans could base themselves in Dortmund and be assured of a warm welcome, also only a 30 minute train journey, between Dortmund and Gelsenkirchen.
No-one wants to draw Celtic. Except the many fans who fancy a night out in Glasgow.

I apologies sincerely, to the blog but if this guy had any class he would leave us well alone to enjoy our achievements, like he has done throughout his own clubs debacle.

Watched On the telly about 40 mins of Malaga (whilst on hols there) in Aug this year, and to be honest they just threw themselves to the floor the entire time, against lower league fodder.
Got the impression, if you shackled the front guys then they were pretty clueless.

Kojo – you are right. No easy games for us at this level. Malaga are, like us, having a run that few would have predicted. But they have new money, lots of it. For selfish reasons I want them, then I can drive down the road to see the game.
Give it up, man…can you not see that the majority of folks on here welcome the input of someone like Edward Ursus ?

As far as mentioning the charity drive I only did this to the kids family know that the appeal has gone beyond Celtic sites and at least two Rangers pages have put the appeal up for donations.
As for not posting for a while there are two reasons, the last time I came on to congratulate friends on here real life as well as cyber there were a few posters like yourself so rather than cause trouble I cut down on my time on the site.
The other reason is that 90% of my football time is now taken up by amateur and youth football so I didn’t have much to add to senior football discussion.
As far as my views on the way events have gone at Ibrox and whether I should disassociate myself from them, I made my position clear in previous posts that if any rules were broken then whatever the penalty for breaking those rules were should be applied.

Good evening from the Red Sea Coast,
Watched the Al Jazeera coverage tonight with Lineker, Shearer, Hoddle and El Tel and they were all paying great tribute to us and Neil!
Feeling a bit homesick at missing another historical night at CP but just so proud to be a fan of this special club and looking forward to being back in my seat on the 22nd
My good friend just summed it up in a text, ‘champions of Europe and England out….. Champions of Scotland in!’
Have a great night and walk tall and proud as a Celtic fan tomorrow and everyday!

A fan of your rivals comes on and congratulates your team on a great result,
Well where have you been for the last 6 month?
Why now?
Zbyszek, Pesyakov played well tonight. He seems like one of those keepers who plays better the more he has of the ball.
youve got to love Aberdeen!
