    As for not posting for a while there are two reasons, the last time I came on to congratulate friends on here real life as well as cyber there were a few posters like yourself so rather than cause trouble I cut down on my time on the site.

    Scotlands Shame – well said re Gary Hooper. I’m sick reading about his poor application, bad attitude and lack of interest….complete and utter bollox!

     

    He’ll leave us next summer for a right good price and do a job in the EPL.

    I cannot do this walking from CP to St Enochs normally but tonight I was walking on air. Well done to the players, staff and fans. I did think we only needed a draw when I heard the big cheer just after half time and it was only when I seen the scoreboard that I realised the win was essential. Anyway now sat nicely in my sons warm flat partaking of a very large Glenmorangie.

     

    Now to plan my trip ( convince the wife that it is essential) to either Madrid or Malaga.

    I still can’t fathom why anyone would want to support a sectarian club, but, your choice, and I have no real problem with that, each to their own.

     

     

    As it turned out, there were a few posters who decided that I wasn’t worth talking to as they preceived my posts as an attack on you, they weren’t intended as a personal attack, they were intended as an attack on the sectarian club you support, and for that I make no apologies.

    On 60 minutes, a few aulder heads in our CSC agreed we needed to make a change but no one could think of the right player to bring off. All great.

    Izzy do you expect the whole world to see things the way you do and support Celtic?

     

     

    Go to some of the Hibs websites and take them up on the criticisms, many well founded, that they have of Celtic and Celtic fans.

     

     

    Anyone can be a good winner.

     

    the world is full of bad losers. Nothing wrong with that.

     

    But bad winners are rare.

    Welcome back Edward, nice of you to pop in. Some people on here need to appreciate that charitable work and donations are not purely a Celtic domain.

     

    I thought Källström should have seen red earlier with a tackle on Beram but the ref played the advantage and failed to go back to the incident. Had he done so he might have spared Kris Commons from that brutal tackle.

     

    I also thought the bold Aiden made a couple of late rash challenges that did us a favour and allowed us to keep possession late on, whether these were intentional or not is open to debate ;-)

    I’m a big fan of Izaguirre, and I haven’t yet seen a replay of the Spartak goal, but there was a heck of a lot of space in the left full back position…. although, looked like a remarkable finish.

     

     

    I’m with PFayr – Eminike is an usually effective forward. Doubt we could ever hope to afford him, but that’s the kind of player we need imo for these knife edge European ties.

     

     

    I’ll take anyone in the next round except PSG.
