Deprioritised game ends predictably

601

Send out your B Team for an away game after losing at home and you should not be disappointed in the outcome.  The first half was as unstructured a performance as we have seen since the summer.  The pitch, which was terrible, can only take so much responsibility.

Stephen Welsh had a nervous return to the side, one of several poor passes fell short of Nir Bitton and led to the opening goal.  The second was perhaps the poorest of the many Celtic lost across both legs.  Bodo/Glimt didn’t so much break as saunter forward.  Anthony Ralston watched the ball, not the player peeling off behind him.  Nir Bitton was skin-tight to Vetlesen, but also watched the ball, and allowed his man time to cushion a shot into the net.  It was all too easy for Bodo.

Ange, you made your call, we all know this was one you deprioritised, we will all forgive you if the masterplan comes together.  Rather this than sorry tales come May.

And your part of the problem, you financially back the PLC then twist it round and say you just support the team, just following orders eh.

Not sure to be honest, I attended the last Hoot (my first) in, I hope i spell this right, McChuils, during last summer, a brilliant day / night, great to faces to monikers.

Unfortunately, like some others who post here, I have some medical issues that might make me ‘univalble for selection’, however, I’ll check my medial appointments and with a fair wind, I would love to meet up with that CHUMP, Big Jimmy, and yourself and as I stated in a post not so long back ;chew the Celtic fat’.

  4. Many many moons ago, it was suggested that we pay a subscription to be a member of CQN. I think the time is right to do this. Some of the tripe on here now, I feel, is put up with the intent to ruin CQN.

  5. lets all do the huddle on

i can only assume the story about the ticket prices for the united cup game is true

ive always said that scottish football is so utterly over priced for what is on offer

and we are one of the biggest culprits, actually the biggest culprit these days

though i remember getting charged 30 odd quid at tynecastle years ago when that price was unheard of so they were the worst at that time

folk will say ‘supply and demand’

but there must be more to the game than that

when im in my seat at the ground, and i look over at a couple of hundred dundee fans for example in the away corner, thinking they have paid 35 quid probably for a ticket

    so over priced

  6. PCS it almost like a cyber attack from a bot although I doubt that a bot could be programmed to put so much p### on posts.

  7. lets all do the huddle on

from our point of view, i could maybe understand it if we were trying to use the cash to make inroads in europe, so aim higher than the league

but we havent won a knockout game after christmas for years

so we pay all that money to ensure we finish above hearts, hibs and aberdeen and so get us into a title race with whatever club is currently playing out of ibrox?

    plc-ism at its best

  8. Lets All, I don’t get it, the amount of cash would almost be irrelevant to Celtic so why keep the price up at Tannadice, makes no sense
