I know squad numbers are limited but I’m disappointed Eoghan O’Connell has not been retained. In his performances early last season he displayed the attributes of a modern-day footballing central defender. He has a future in the game and will do well wherever he goes next.
The perennial dilemma of youth development is that while teams want to improve performances NOW, they also need to leave space for worthy development squad candidates to grow into. Kieran Tierney got there, but the truth is, Celtic had been trying to sign a left back for year but were unable find anyone of the necessary standard. If we did, Kieran, Eoghan, would never have had the chance.

MACJAY is in the company of some very learned and informed socialist who argued for the UK to leave Europe; I have posted many links on here before.
The socialist argument for leaving the EU is very compelling and the benefit would be a stronger economy and more progressive trade with the rest of the world.
We can also draft and implement far more suitable labour laws without the constraints of Europe (when we get rid of the Tories and SNP) which will benefit the ordinary working man; that, allied with more progressive taxation policies (i.e. the better off paying more) will ease the burden further and improve our public services.
Leaving the EU isn’t the preserve of a few (well, a lot) of xenophobes; look at the arguments and the long term benefits and this explains why a lot of right-minded people voted to leave.
