Don’t ask question you don’t know the answer to

‘Don’t ask question you don’t know the answer to’; great advice.  Mike Ashley will know the questions he’s proposed for Rangers International.  All the bluster around the company failing to get a Nomad due to the litany of complaints submitted to AIM under the old regime will be laid bare.  Allegations of blame made in haste will be revisited in detail.  It was an act of outrageous folly to attempt to play poker with a billionaire.

It is perfectly possible that Ashley will get his £5m loan repaid, the assets connected to it are so enormous, we should assume the money will be found.  I hope it is.  I hope the new regime gain all of their assets back from Ashley as soon as possible.

Ashley is one of the last men I would want owning my football club, but he is vastly more capable than those currently in notional charge.

The Machiavellian method – get the board to vote to return your money, or watch them vote to keep you on-side, is a thing of beauty.

Good luck to King, I hope he has the money and wins as much control as he needs.

think RM will win, but that is still a very good Juve team ….

buffon … top five keepers in history ….

all their defenders (except Evra, who is the weak link) are tough, sneaky and experienced

… in the middle, Pirlo is getting on, but will still kill you if you give him time (which a counterattacking team like RM often will) … Pogba is a beast, and Vidal is one of the best box to box midfielders in the world…

up front, Tevez is 31, but still works like a fiend, and still scores better than a goal every two games and has throughout his career in South America, England and Italy ….

    some really good players there.

    Hi Mike

Currently life is sitting in a trendy bar (well it was trendy until I slipped in ) watching the Real game on TV.

We are having 8 days here in Porec and a couple of days in Split to go to see Diocletians palace and the city of Split. Back home in a weeks time.

No need to stress about Celtic until Friday so very relaxed today. Had lunch with some Slovenian friends. Maribor supporters…would you believe it? I was very magnanimous about our defeat.

    Hope you are behaving yourself.

  3. Anyone know why the Real players have the champions league trophy on their sleeves and juventus don’t ?

I know they’ve won it ten times and bayern had it last night as well and those wee Catalan scamps didnt

The spirit of Arthur Lee, I said mainland Europe not the island offshoot here lol.

Rubentus and both clubs that have played at Ibrox vie for the title of most bent, corrupt and odious clubs in Uefa’s juristiction.

  6. Hi Jim Harvatski, I hope you’re well. Enjoy your break.

I too was at the meet the manager at Celtic Park tonight. Ronny is one hell of an impressive guy, rattles off stats relating to players, goals, games etc. For example the first team squad is 55 kilo lighter now than it was earlier. Training and games all about intensity.

Will play one up front with one behind, he says it creates more angles for passes and it’s easier to drop back and defend if we lose possession while attacking.

Looking to get centre back, goalie, striker to take advantage of cross balls and a left back.

If I was a Hun I would be very worried, we’ve got a good one here guys.

VVD to stay for qualifiers, Jason offski.

I get the feeling there is no rest from Ronny. He is totally focused and is constantly planning ahead.

Benjybhoy, its good to see that Ronny agrees with some of us, areas of our team where we need to strengthen.

His explanation of why only one up front, shows part the thinking process Ronny has about the game.

    Hi BM

This is what I would have expected. Maybe if we quality then Virgil may stay until new year. That would be the optimum for me. Get a Champions league campaign out of him and then take the cash from some when he has 18 months to go on his contract.

Ronny is winning over the support. He seems to have a long term vision . Just hope that he can deliver it. I think we need Champions league qualification or a really long run in the Europa league to show progress.

Beer night due soon so I will give you a call.

  15. Not an @rse in their trousers, and still spouting this guff

What is of vital interest to RSL members is the allegation made by this writer that the requisitioners’ main motivation is that Rangers should only ever be owned and ran by Scottish people. This seems to be a nationalist notion, one totally at odds with the ethos and culture of Rangers as a Unionist and Monarchist club.

I am sure their Queen will come to their aid, just like last time.Morons.

Ginger, I said mainland Europe as I’m sure loads of those who attend Ibrox will share similar views on Europe as UKIP.

Also, the current club playing at Ibrox hopefully won’t play in European competition for a good number of years.
