  1. Three televised games, 3 absurd offside decisions.

Palace yesterday , McArthur 5 yards onside, Forest 2 yards, and today we were well and truly done. Time to introduce tv replay when goals are chalked off.

Rules – shoulder charge ok, not a shoulder barge, and Effe of the fresh air shot was

throttled inside the nix in the first half. Do they not look out for these incidents ? Yes, but

    ignore them when convenient.

    VVD ‘s distribution was shocking.

Again, Matthews was sucked in at the 2nd goal after Izzy and VvD screwed up.

Forest very poor, and feel sorry for Griffiths who has not been given a fair crack of the whip.

    But of techie help required-again!

How do you stream an iPad through a TV?

    ————————————————————

I think you need to buy an Apple TV box or similar (cheaper) as I am not sure you can get an HDMI cable connection direct from your iPad as this would stop Apple from making money on things like Apple TV – simples.

  5. Now I know I was not wrong about our team. After the Motherwell game I was in a tiny minority who failed to see a great performance, again today I hear more pish about how unlucky we were.

WE WERE DIRE, forget all the referee sideshow. We had enough posession and a hefty enough wage bill to see of the two Dundee teams today, how manyy saves did their keeper make?

United defended like they wanted a clean sheet, we attacked as if we would score when we felt like it.

Sorry guys, at least RD acknowledged part of the problem, that level of performance was not good at all.

  6. ulysses mcghee - a demographic of one on

Some of you will only have seen photos of Jinky Redstar and thus, will be bemused and a little thrown that someone as lithe as him could be 56 years old.

I have met the man in the flesh, he looks even younger.

In an attic somewhere, there is a pretty iffy looking portrait hanging…

    I’ve said too much…

  7. South Of Tunis @ 15:47 Inter v Lazio tonight

Watched Inter v Chievo and will watch tonight hoping they exhibit the same defensive frailties that we did today – doubtful though

  8. bigshuggy,

Just back in from watching the game at the pub, Kev was a no-show, off with the family down South, he has his outlaws in town at the moment but that is a feeble excuse IMHO.

    Thanks anyway,mate!

I’ll go for the CANAMALAR remedy, instant gratification.

  10. BMCUW –

I stream wirelessly through an Apple TV. Think it was about £60 when I bought it. You might also be able to do it via Google Chromecast with a mod/downloded software

  11. All is quiet on here, I’m disappointed by the result and hopefully RD will give griff a run out and see what he can do in ninety minutes.

We played a pressing game, but to be honest, our defence aren’t up to it.

Anyways, I see Cosgrove is getting it tight on hunmedia…..

I caught some of “Off Their Balls” last night and Cosgrove appears to be leading the charge for the SFA to block Ashley, and he’s trying to be cunning about it, which is rather laughable for this neo-sectarian, media dolt.

Painting it all as curious conjecture as to whether or not the SFA would block Ashley, he wondered if one club should be able bend the rules and what other clubs would think, if the SFA did in fact clear the way. On the other hand, he wondered if Scottish football could reject investment, making it clear it was almost a bit of the old money vs sporting integrity scenario, which is a false and wilfully misleading distortion of the reality.

He concluded by using completely impartial and balanced language, stating that the SFA would “brick it” and “bottle it”, because they the lack the “guts” or “backbone” to stand up to Rangers. The sarcasm of my description of his words should be as obvious as the agenda behind his actual words.

I’m sure you won’t be surprised by this and I’d like to congratulate whoever had Cosgrove in the sweep. I had Spiers and English, the Irishman who wrote for the Scotsman and was obsessed with the quintessentially British club, as Cosgrove sneeringly describes us, but I think that’s just jealousy from a supporter of a quintessentially agricultural club who play in a farmer’s field. I mean, even Ally defeated his lot.

    BMCUW,

You should check your telly is compatible, I’ve seen people spend money only to find the telly incompatible.

Canalmalar, thanks for that link I’ve already got Apple TV but that will save me some money for other family members dotted around the place.

I thought Izzy was good going forward today but other than one saving tackle inside the box, he was poor defensively. How the DU player got round the outside of him when they were almost on the byline at the 2nd goal is beyond me.

He was still better than Efe though, and that’s a worry.

    Cheers,mate.

TV should be ok as I use it for streaming from my laptop. It’s got three USB ports and two HDMI.

    BMCUW,

Yep and be careful, it still might no be compatible, seen a Samsung telly knock back the ipad, couldn’t recognise the input.

  18. Did the BT commentary team make any comment on the MIBs performance, particularly his decision to deny us the Scepovic “goal”? By the ole bye, am I right in thinking that the MIB’s brother opted for the North and has never had to suffer the abuse heaped on our players who opt for another country?

  21. Bigchipuk

Yup and it was SJ who played a loose pass that but Utd on the attack with space to attack.

  22. Efe’s nerves appear to be shot. A complete bomb scare at the moment. If he plays against Inter, we will be well and truely gubbed.

  24. dr ramesh and the love potion on

I think those of us who criticise Johansen understand that he works hard in as much as he is always running about. His problem is that he wastes a lot of his effort with running about without a clear purpose, is ill disciplined positionally and his passing is, in general, quite poor. His tackling when is really matters, like when Dundee Untied broke from the back late in the 2nd half, is weak. He’s good at knocking the ball off a defender’s toes but that’s about it. Sometimes things come off for him but more often than not they don’t. He needs to learn how to channel his energy efficiently. I hope he goes on and improves but if we are relying on him for quality and creativity we are f**ked.

I hope RD gets a chance to balance the squad and get some quality in come January.

  26. parkheadcumsalford,
