  1. I heard he was dead on

    Dreadful performance after Thursday.

    Huge win.

These are the games that win you leagues.

  2. Captain Beefheart on

Eoghan O’Connell is no Beckenbauer but he is no worse than Blackett. He is also ours. Why are we helping to develop a Man U guy?

  3. Yes Celtic great win, shocker not loosing or drawing after the killer goal being scored so early :oD)))

  4. Really poor performance, but we’ll take the win. Struggling to see what style Ronnie wants us to play.

Actually think the break will do us good. Some rethinking needed by the management on personnel and also on how exactly we defend, especially set pieces.

    Onwards and upwards.

  5. FT 2-1 3 points 0 football

Time to get ready for mass and give thanks for 3 points and more importantly being missed by Joaquin.

I hope the travelling support, log this one on Trip Advisor.

  7. A Win

    But

We were very poor again, this is getting repetitive Ronny

    Your tactics are poor

Now off oot some last minute shopping

Did I tell ye all I’m off to the Carribean :-) for a wee break

  8. Good result – a win. However the football from Celtic was poor. Only player with a pass mark LG.

Ronnie aren’t you fecking embarrassed doin’ the roar after that performance?

  9. Three superb points professionally tucked in the Celtic bag.

Difficult suburban fixture safely negotiated, notwithstanding Celtic’s off form SPL players, and unlike the last home game, the opposition net was bulged.

Blackett and Boyata generally held well, despite the odd gaff and Celtic ran out worthy winners in a typically football bereft encounter. Janko was in the wars along with Bitton and Brown, no quarters asked or given.

TV highlights were the Celtic fans in Hamilton, and Leigh Griffiths getting up early, and waiting with both feet off the ground, to nod the winning goal.

Those negativists will try, but they really will need to wait for another day, for the Celtic supporters it’s onwards to Motherwell.

What a crap game. Celtic are truly awful under Deila. He must go. All of this just to stay in touch with the sheep. Sad days that we live to see such times in the decadence of our club.

    ============================================================

The only decadence comes from you sad zombies. It’s why you went bust.

3 points to the Hoops. Roon ye.

  11. TheOriginalSadiesBhoy on

Great win and three points for The Bhoys. Well done Celtic! A hard match on Thursday followed by a difficult game on a slippery, artificial pitch with an artificial referee. Onwards and upwards Celtic.

We can feel your pain and desperation.

    Neganon 2

What do you think is seriously wrong at Celtic?

Thankfully it’s only twenty-eight the morra, by the way for some, try and enjoy watching the champions play, today’s game wasn’t the best, the other week we should have hammered Hearts we didn’t, that’s life, anyway my glass will always be half full and we will play better and not win

Hopefully you all have a nice Sunday

  14. 3 points in a poor game of football , accies kept at it .

we ground out that win but it was sore on the eyes.

celtic players need to stop getting silly bookings.

  15. Just a couple of quick comments and then cheerybye….

I thought that Boyata grew into the game and had a decent 2nd half……

We are lucky to have Nir Biton in our team…..

Tom Rogic needs to get himself on the ball much more often than he does…..

    3 important points.

    Stay happy, folks….

  16. Hard win, but by god, is there any player there who will just fight for 90 minutes. As long as they do their best then good, but too many off them aren’t. If I was Ronny I’d be going raj at them. Weak in the tackle and awful at passing. I’d make them watch that game until they play next. If they weren’t embarrassed before they should be after that. And we won but my god my goldfish can play better. Happy with the 3 points though. Need to up the gears.

  17. We were rubbish but some of the moaning here would suggest that Celtic were brilliant every game for 100 years before RD became manager. ps no team plays well on that ground it is shite!

One of the candles I lit at Sacred Heart Cowie this morning was for your Dad

  19. BRISBANE 67... Peter Lawwell # Serving up Tripe & Trialists since 2003 on

Goodnight bhoys. Late over here. 3 points but we were shocking again, still trailing in the SPL, out of the CL, not looking good in the EL…..

  20. Outstanding performance from the ref, a blatant in your face Celtic challenge, what you going to do about it eh

  21. Well done Celtic, you rose above the bruisers with equanimity, three points on their way back to Paradise as the Sheep Stutter we look forward to Motherwell..

  22. McLean tried his best but was unable to influence result.

    Happy for points.

But can’t really see what our coach is trying to achieve.

How many chances doe we create in games?

Very few which is a problem as we are always likely to concede.

The only consistency is in our ability to play sideways and backwards passes.

  23. I am as happy as a pig in shit. Tough venue, tough opposition, artificial pitch, lose early goal and come away with 3 points. Some right roasters on the Blog as TD67 might be wont to say GIRFUY ye pathetic Huns. Sevco is going to follow the last set of w*nkrers, going bust,

  24. Joe Filippis Haircut on

A good win at hard ground for the hoops after a hard European tie now many of our players now have to play 2 Internationals so Celtic players play many more games than most other SPL players. We also have players injured and we cant be at our best all the time. Those on CQN saying Ronny doesnt know what he is doing is absolute nonsense we are now only 1 point behind the Dons so well done you Bhoys in green. H.H.

  25. Hard fought 3 points on a bitch of a playing surface, after a hard game in europe, and playing to a different set of rules that your opponents play to.

    Well done Celtic.

Fair play to the Accies, they are a very decent team who try to play football, and on a budget of £100 a week to boot.

  26. Great result but Ronny will, I predict, be unhappy at the drop in standards, no matter what he says in the media. It is easy to ship points on the artificial surface of a team lying in 4th place in the SPFL.

We fought our way out of it. It was not a stylish or accomplished performance. We are relieved more than pleased but it is still early season and we are on the move.

We just need to move faster and better in future
