I’ve always been so jealous of my late dads Celtic supporting tales. A Gorbals man, the first Celtic supporter in the Family, (his dad been a dugs man) who would walk to Paradise as a pup in hope of getting a lift into the hallowed ground…..too young for Lisbon at the time but was ther home and away without fail when the opportunity came. He truly suffered The Feyenoord game by surviving on a sandwich on the bus back home. But it was the LeedsUtd game which was the one that he made me jealous of.
I’ve feasted off my dads stories for years…..I couldn’t even make it to Seville.
