It is very good news that Kilmarnock fans have voted to give Celtic three stands for next weekend’s game which will see the league title won if Celtic earn a point. As a result, several thousand more Celtic fans will be able to attend the game and avoid listening to their club being belittled as they watch ESPN.
I hope Neil Lennon continues to speak in forthright terms when his team is undermined.

There’s not a 14 day grace period per se; there is a minimum 14 day period within which clubs are allowed to rectify their license applications to address issues noted by the SFA during the process
The license application must be submitted by 31st March.

If it did there would be no point liquidating.
HMRC will require phoenix companies to put down a deposit on new taxes (vat/paye) but old taxes remain with oldco.

Doubt it will occur to them and doubt SFA will apply the rule as they have discretion over what they do in such circumstances.
I tried tweeting Regan to get an SFA statement, no answer, maybe others will try.

Question: if they liquidate then will the investigation in to improperly registered players continue? Will OldCo still be stripped of titles etc? Could it be used as an excuse to stop the invesatigation?
It seems to me a pretty straight forward investigation anyway:
Show us all the paper work relating to all players you have played in the last x no of years.
Go through said paperwork
Establish anyone with second contract
check team sheets for every game played and do necessary points reduction
add up new totals,
recalculate league positions
Re-engrave appropriate trophy, strike medals for relevant club and club to find players to send medals to.

I don’t expect any Huns team of any description to play in any League next season – ran out of time to set up new team – hate that newco crap its a new team. I do expect a huns new team team to play in the new revamped 14 team SPL 2013/14.
