Thanks for the reply,no I from the camp that would love to be twenty points clear with fifteen points available to play for.
I would love to be cantering and giving the young lads a run out every week. Apologies if I misquoted you, I was referring to your mention of having our foot on their throats , I was maybe extending your train of thought.
It was a slog watching the game live, but not so much again today, and to be honest don’t see where the OTT criticism comes from when Celtic win, away.
It’s a pleasant surprise to see even the most disrespectful of our CQN posters nearly behave in public, for the time being. Ronny made more good use of his squad and the most crucial of substitutions, but lets not let fact get in the way, of three good away points.
Kilmarnock nearly did a good pro job on Celtic, and the players we have, and their capabilities are the same as they were last week, and the week before. They should be good enough, after all it’s only a pub league when Celtic are winning it, and only improves as soon as Aberdeen get a result, when it even makes the BBC.
I saw some comments on CQN about the referee, especially from fans at the game
Nothing, below 70 – 30 was what he gave Celtic and without any stand out controversy he still blanked two loud Celtic penalty claims, that I’ve seen liberal Celtic fans proclaiming, penalty ‘all day long’ even when it was against Ambrose or Boyata .
This was a more subtle ‘give them nothing game’ – they sometimes have it down to a fine art. If it’s blatancy, watch the run in, and the who plays who after the split, especially now that Celtic are firmly back in the driving seat, and the haters quietly seeth.
We are not playing particularly well but Tom Rogic’s stunning goal, the take, the turn and hit was a thing of immense Celtic beauty, that has galvanised the support, and will no doubt spice his contract talks.
Seasoned pro’s Scott Brown and Kris Commons will offer more in the weeks to come, write off Broony in particular, at your peril. CKR is still bedding in, but his spirit is willing and if we’ve learned one thing for sure it’s that Ronny will rotate this squad.
Another player I deeply admire Dedryk Boyata had a good game, and it’s good to see wee Jamesie hanging in there, trying to get on the pitch to offer his undoubted pace.
Bring on Hertz and God Bless Ronny Deila and the Celtic.

Jimmynotpaul, I was speaking to JC last week.
He was telling me Lee scored a cracker against Man u under18’s in his first match .
Regarding Mr McInally and Pollok beating Kilbirnie last week to qualify for the ajunior Cup semi final.
Pollok did what big Tom did yesterday , score a very late goal to win 1 nil.
A few minutes of injury time was played and the Pollok bench were still celebrating their goal.
A Kilbirnie fan jumped on the roof of the Pollok dug out , he started gobbing and throwing coins at Tony and his back room team. The guy was finally grabbed by other Kilbirnie fans and pulled away
I trust you are reminding all Sevco & Sheep supporters about this :-)

I think Ronnie must have known that had we drawn yesterday and the sheep had won to go top of the league over the international break, he would have been half way out the door if not fully out. So from that point of view I can well understand his celebration. He’s clearly a Celtic man and I sincerely wish the guy nothing but good fortune. Also very brave of him to go to see deedco play Falkirk on Friday night, hopefully he is learning – and that he can tieTom Rogic down to a new long term contract. With that kind of goal in his locker we definitely need to hang on to this guy for as long as possible.

You know it’s important when you hear the Celtic roar. It doesn’t have to be a special goal like yesterday’s. It has to be important.
Henrik’s goal against Boavista was a pretty rubbish goal but boy was it important and wherever there was a Celt anywhere in the world you heard that Roar.
It’s like a kind of madness. You can’t describe it and you certainly couldn’t try to fake it. It happens naturally and it is of profound importance to the Celtic family.
I had my youngest boy with me yesterday. He is a fine rugby player playing in a league winning side. Last Sunday he was at a sold out Murrayfield to see Scorland beat France.
He’s been to many Celtic games but unlike his big brother he doesn’t go every week. Yesterday he was part of the Celtic roar for the first time.
I asked him to compare the atmosphere at Murrayfield to Rugby Park – we make much more noise he said.
We are Celtic.

I think we will win the League and probably by more than 7 pts but it is definitely not over. If Aberdeen did the impossible and won their 7 games we would need 17 from 21. One other loss and one draw from our 7 games and we would be beaten.
We are playing badly enough to lose any game, both the Dundee & Killie performances were shocking.
We definitely need to kick on from here, foot on throat or whatever analogy you want to use but we need to keep grinding out victories.
When hostilities resume we have 3 games in a week, we need to show a massive improvement in form to be sure of 9 points over that period.
Skippy & Co. gave us a bit of breathing space under no circumstances can we afford to give it back.

LOL, I liked the bag of squirrels thrown around by the SMSM and Sky to deflect the attention of the hordes from the 9 million of directors’ soft debt; which mostly consumes the entire turnover.
What’s Park and co getting in return for that? ‘Shares’ in a shareless entity? A chunk of asbestos? A cracked plastic seat in the collapsing Club Deck?
Hun positive spin from Dodgy Dave to shame the memory of Comical Ali. Their ‘company’ is a shambolic laughing stock. Their hope of a credit line for a ‘warchest’ or heavy investment relies on 2 things – a bank run by Baron Munchausen or Carstairs inmates winning the American Powerball jackpot.
