The first thing you do when you raise an asset dispute is issue a Cease and Desist notice. Inform the other party to stop using your asset, whether it is a piece of intellectual property, like a logo or badge, a piece of equipment or a physical property.
In conjunction with this you also ask for all monies collected in connection with your property to be forward to you. Football clubs, for example, regularly instruct people, who produce merchandise with unauthorised copies of their club crests, to stop doing so, destroy all unused stock and send them whatever money earned from earlier sales.
If and when a claim reaches court, the first request to the judge is likely to be to freeze use of all assets and cough up cash from sales. Keep your eyes peeled…
CQN Nine-in-a-row Charity Golf Day 2013
Our Annual Charity Golf Day 2013 will take place on Friday 14th June at Aberdour Golf Club. This is our 9th annual event and I’m delighted to announce that Lisbon Lion and nine-in-a-row striker, Willie Wallace, will be our guest of honour.
After winning everything available to him in Europe, Willie made a new life for himself in Australia, where he established a second career in the game, while retaining strong links to the Celtic ex-pat community.
We will be raising funds for the 125-4-125 appeal, while encouraging all Celtic fans to get involved and stake their claim on what this club is all about. Cost for the day’s golf and the evening meal and entertainment is £80. Cost for non-golfers is £45.
The Annual Charity Golf Day is always oversubscribed so get your application for a place in early by emailing, cqnopen2013@gmx.com.
Look forward to seeing you there.

Has chuckles been up before the beaks yet ..?…….NEIL’s ban is just a sad joke…..i don’t know where to start with THAT……..bunch of F*NNIES….!!!!
Breaking News from the Celtic Trust Alex Neil SNP (MSP) has been passing the details of Celtic supporter constituents complaining about the Act and Police conduct on to the Police without permission of the constituent.
The Police are now knocking on doors to get details of their Complaint and are pretty cheeky about it.
Outrageous for an MSP to do this breach of Code of Conduct and Data Protection Act I am just off the phone to a member of FAC and another SNP MSP has did the same thing. The SNP are giving a big 2 fingers to Celtic fans who complain
Just read back…..lovely tae see cqn’s gay
mafia flirting with each other.
Lenny found guilty…….didnae see that one
coming.
ps am noo homophobic …..a love lesbian’s..
so the SFL are to decide on their own reconstruction (quell surprise ) looks like the latest plan from the business types to treat the real football fans as idiots .
SPL it wisnae us it was them and sevco will have shaved a much needed year of their ever aided rise through the league and lets face it they can’t rely on TFPLG to do the biz .
IMO the game is lost and will be forever tainted by the stain of ragers 1872 ( now deed ) and the tribute act that cannot even make a profit against 3rd div part timers and so called record breaking crowds
It used to be The Premier League. Now it’s The Scottish Premier League.
It used to be The English Premier League. Now it’s The Premier League.
Did we sell that business name? Does anyone know?
Does anyone know if the SPL can say invite only ?

I prefer green beans myself.
fergus slayed the blues
Probably why Longmuir & Co don’t want any interference from the SFA, so they can arrange a SevCo legup.
The SPL can block this blatant cheating by holding their own vote and banning promotion for a season.
Otherwise all the SPL clubs will look complicit in the charade.

Ntassoolla – I think it was the Premier Division before SPL
Ten Men
The SFL (or Longmuir to be strictly accurate) realised that if it voted itself out of history before Rangers International could make it to the top, (by all means necessary) it would fail in its’ duty. Even so surely newco would still be a bottom 16 club next season?
St John D- not sure about the legality of this- doesnt fit with data protection requirements- but no surprise with the SNP MSPs supporting their ludge leader in hammering tims. Get them out an the next election.

Seriously ? That’s appalling behaviour…. Fascist state at its worst IMO
Ten Men Won The League 18:48 on 18 April, 2013
I wouldn’t be too sure about Longmuir forcing anything past the SFL clubs.
The majority of the First Division clubs were in favour of the 12, 12, 18 set up. I don’t think Longmuir has the trust of many of the clubs in the other two leagues either.
Don’t underestimate the wee clubs – they stood up when it counted last summer. They will not be bullied.
Warning Sweary alert

I have been told as an Councillor I have to have permission from constituent before I share details with third parties under Data Protection
At the very least the SNP MSPs have breached the Code of Conduct for MSPs and a breach of trust.
anditsthepoleagain-it was in the tunnel at Poundland,Young was questioning the ability of Basile Boli.
MSPs’ code of conduct
8.1.6 In representing constituents’ interests, members have a duty to respect individual privacy, unless there are overwhelming and lawful reasons in the wider public interest for disclosure to be made to a relevant authority, for example, where a member is made aware of criminal activity.

Details on the Trust website if anyone wants to make a complaint about an SNP MSP this is a massive mistake the Police have visited these constituents up to 3 times and are being quite nasty.
The SNP MSPs who have done this should be in big trouble as they are at it by trying to get Celtic fans to feel intimidated because they have had a load of work to do.
Sorry to be brunt here but if there was a top award for talking then we would all win it but I’m not so sure if we would win an award for action.
A couple of weeks ago Doncaster gave an explosive interview to Stuart Cisgrove in which he appeared to openly criticuse Green and Sevco.
It was an astonishing about turn.
Now Gilmour – a man in charge of a club that opened its books to a RFC assiciate- is requesting his resignation.
There is nothing subtle about what is going on here…
I fail to see

Rumbled…
The SFA have gone beyond a joke with this decision.
Neil was captured on Sky/ESPN MICS swearing and using a well known Glaswegian term at an opposing player who admitted to responding in kind, actually admitting to using worse language than Neil. This player took no offence and brushed it off as banter, ie real banter not a cover name for sectarian singing.
When did the SFA install these microphones? Have they been installed in every dugout in the SPL? Have all managers/players etc been notified of these new proceedures for stamping out the use of foul language?
How can the SFA impose a “new” code of behaviour on one manager only and hold him to account for a breach of a rule he had never been informed of coming into effect?
Neil Lennon has been verbally, physically and emotionally assaulted by scotish football all for the crime of “possession of red hair and an Irish accent”.
The odious little turd that manages Sevco 5088 Ltd can recklessly and with malice aforethought call for the naming of the members of a disciplinary panel, whilst already knowing the answer to his own question, which exposed these people to serious risk of physical harm, severe distress to their families and disruption of their home and professional lives, with no consequences what so ever.
Compare and contrast the treatment.
I hope Neil appeals this ridiculous decision, taking court action if necessary. The precedent has already been set by Sevco 5088 without punishment.
Sorry for my inane ramblings but this has gone beyond parody.

You do plenty of talking on here. Don’t see much action from you.

Really looking forward to my press conference tomorrow

Doesn’t sound like a data protection act issue.
Outrageous behaviour? Yes. DPA? No.
Tootingtim – very light shades. I doubt anybody will be ‘disappeared ‘
Alex Neil SNP MSP is a bitter zombie ; explains why he is going direct to the police to stitch up Celtic fans who complain.
I would like to see the SPL call a meeting of SPL clubs only.
They decide to invite the first Division to join them in setting up an SPL2.
St Mirren and Ross County object.
SPL then invite another two teams to join,Telling St Mirren and Ross County to leave the meeting.
Once an agreement is in place,Tell the SFA that the two divisions no longer require their
Services,As we will put instal our own elected body in their place.
the EPL break away,You must be able to do it,there may be repercussions with EUFA but that wouldn’t last long.
It’s a disgrace that these teams who have crowds of 200, 300. can vote to block the SPL! and hopefully an SPL2.
And forget Rangers, they stopped breathing at the start of this season.
And their shadow shall be extinct at the end of this season. Sweet Dreams
Alex Neil deserves to be hung out to dry as do all elected members…
don’t use it to give the pro union vote..
i would hope that if we had an interdependent Scotland it would be a labour dominated parliament…
lets not cloud the argument
Look out for Lenny smashing up the Hampden dugout at the cup final and racially abusing Big Vic.
I say look out for it, because Vincent Cunny won’t be bothered if he does…
Oops, ‘typo’.

Tickets for nothing???? Are you mad man?!
Great idea and would be inkeeping with the founding ethos of the club but it’ll never happen.
Sad really.
HT
Celtic supply 50 tickets FOC to Glasgow schools for each game. 125 for CL games this season. Some fantastic gestures by Club going unnoticed.
