SFA lawyers examine illegal registration responses

1119

BBC today revealed that the SFA’s legal team are examining responses from the Associations 93 clubs to a letter dated 9 March, which reminded clubs of their responsibility to record financial records with the SFA and asking them to declare they have complied over the last 10 years.

The inquiry was established after reports that Rangers had illegally registered players for over a decade, excluding payments which were not taxed.  We can presume that as the legal team are investigating, there was at least one response which returned a noncompliance.

The SFA issued a deadline for responses of 6 April and under Article 86.1 any club not responding in a timely manner would be in breach, so it’s unclear why it has taken over two months to get to this stage, so why the legal team are only “examining responses”.

We look forward to hearing an early comment on this crucial matter from the executive.  It is enormously unfortunate that the SFA were unable to inform their AGM of the findings on Wednesday. BBC report that the Association legal team have yet to report to the Compliance Officer, which is the next step.

I’m afraid, regardless of God, we’re surrounded by a ballooning mass of self satisfying morosity. In Scotland we can see it more as it was initiated here early days, pivotal to the Empire, after it discovered Solidarity, and then all of a sudden for some reason, was infested by division in the name of Harland Wolffe. The rest is history.

Even the Apostle Peter denied Jesus not once but three times. The GOOD INTENTIONS in Brave Peter could not hold firm once, let alone 3 times.

FFS look into your own existence (and I am talking about myself here) and relate it, it is incredible. I am a Catholic but I really consider myself a Protestant in the Biblical sense because I need to have that Personal relationship with Jesus.

JimmyQuinnsBits – I think trade unions played an important role in fighting the corner of working class people 100 years ago, but sadly they’ve been mostly irrelevant or sleeping on the job since then.

In the long run, it’s wealth creation that makes us all better off and thus makes society less nasty and brutish. Trade unions make the mistake of assuming the economy is a zero-sum game. (thumbsup)

Thanks for the expected answer – but it ignores the fact that there’s folk chasing minerals in far off places buddy.

FFS, you are definitely operatin with a political agenda.

It’s a simple question which you’re “skirting” around.

Who should define the restrictions on your personal freedom?

:) I’m having my own personal debates about religion, but as you know, it’s a very personal thing that only the individual can make decisions on. It should be kept seperate from politics, but where we agree I think is where the malicious influence with religious undertones are affecting modern thinking. That’s not a religious debate in itself, because it has physical evidence in abundance. The Crowley “commandment” of “do what thou wilt” is something that should concern every single one of us when it is being embraced by young culture – so I ask humbly that you don’t make it a discussion about personal religion with those of us who see it.

Really? Do you know there are true communists in Jail in China for daring to speak out against the fascist regime there? Ones who see that wealth not only has to be made but is also meant to be, evenly spread? I am sorry but bin men do far more for this country than bankers or stockbrockers whose goal it is to enslave the average person so they can own 10 houses and have more zero’s than they need in there bank account whilst millions starve.

And yes capitalism really does have no need, in fact is always striving, to not employ a single worker as therefore the stock holders would get maximum return as the wage bill would just be the company directors and the running cost for robots and the people who service the robots, every one else would be thrown onto the scrap heap.

  26. Living Conditions in the Uk and europe have been decreasing over the five years for the average person. The reason for this? Capitalism. As always Philvis looks at 120 years ago but the fact is we are heading quickly back to the way things were back then. In fact charities are finding an all time record high demand for food, for even families with 2 parents working. The current generation will be worse of than their parents for the first time in many, many decades, the next generation will likely be worse of again, oh and China is aleady losing out to other nations which can employ people for even less money which benefits the companies but in the long run is totally self destructive, a bit like burning fossil fuels really.

We need mines to be brought back into the uk with greater regulation than there was before and basically we need to hunt out the rulling classes in every country and set up an international socalist goverment and more than anything we need a 75% income tax on the super rich, it can be done if there is desire to do so.

I think towards the end of my life time or possibly a few decade after it this will happen because things will be so bad that the current apathy which plagues younger people will be totally gone, replaced by desire for action as their lot will be so far removed from the standards currently enjoyed.

    It’s not subjective or objective.

It’s a set of rules applied and developped in recent centuries by the “elite”.

I know you know this already. I see the restriction on free will question as being verhy similar to the one you posed yourself on the huns about their taxes and the Armed Forces.

And Philvis gave me further proof.

The main gist of Capitalism is freedom of the individual. This is also the exact law of Luciferians (humour me, I’m not religious, but they do exist, look up the Hellfire Club for example).

The approach of “do what thou wilt”. That’s the freedom that Capitalism has been aspiring to. During it’s many failures, it’s managed to crush every other political/economical approach using the power of money, which it created.

    In some ways it’s ingenious.

But it’s bad. As we see with the huns, the powers that be are fighting to maintain its survival.

I know you know all this, but mibbes important to specify these things for the sake of discussion, and all the stupid young feckers goin to college who haven’t realised this yet.

  32. Margaret McGill on

Nothing wrong with what Antifa is saying. Global warming is a fact and all dynamic information is filtered via all news media as entertainment to facilitate corporate profits. That why the internet is a good thing. Searching becomes an issue though. Nothing wrong w/unions either. The collapse of the European union is due to Governments acting in unison via World trade laws bypassing local ones which their democratic systems took decades to build. Same in the USA.
