BBC today revealed that the SFA’s legal team are examining responses from the Associations 93 clubs to a letter dated 9 March, which reminded clubs of their responsibility to record financial records with the SFA and asking them to declare they have complied over the last 10 years.
The inquiry was established after reports that Rangers had illegally registered players for over a decade, excluding payments which were not taxed. We can presume that as the legal team are investigating, there was at least one response which returned a noncompliance.
The SFA issued a deadline for responses of 6 April and under Article 86.1 any club not responding in a timely manner would be in breach, so it’s unclear why it has taken over two months to get to this stage, so why the legal team are only “examining responses”.
We look forward to hearing an early comment on this crucial matter from the executive. It is enormously unfortunate that the SFA were unable to inform their AGM of the findings on Wednesday. BBC report that the Association legal team have yet to report to the Compliance Officer, which is the next step.

What have I said that actually disagrees with your post?
I’ve taken faith down to its most basic form, it doesn’t discount satan, evil or opposing views which I happen to agree with. In fact they are often the very reasons for my faith.
The SFA are exhibiting all the hallmarks of a dying despotic regime.
Compare it with just about any totalitarian regime you care to mention and you will see the same characteristics.
They are clinging on to power. Refusing to go with grace.
Refusing to go, giving preference to self preservation whilst proclaiming that their motivations are for the good of the people, in this case, the people who follow football in Scotland.
They will never yield. As they see it, they can’t. If they yield, it is highly likely that all the corruption which they are trying to keep the lid on will become fully exposed.
They, like every other despotic regime, will fight on until they are literally forced from office.
As someone else posted on here, this is not simply a fight about RFCia, it is about SFA survival too.
It will be a painful period for all clubs & supporters but so long as the administration of the game is corrupt, the game itself is corrupt.

Gravity makes the spheres a little oblate.
So lets assume 4/3 * pi *r^3 = volume of a sphere (pure mathematics man) So if the moon is one quarter the diameter of earth it means its radius is one quarter the radius of earth 1/4^3 is 4*4*4= 1/64 .So lets assume its lost a lot of “stuff” due to escape velocity of its gravity then it will be somewhat lighter than 1/64. So 1/80 is a good guess. 1/366 is jibber jabber.
