Dan off, and we prepare for our 317th different combination of defenders this season.
Wanyama does look comfortable at CH, but I’d rather see him sitting in his European position, and with Dan off we have a very inexperienced defence, again. Even when Kelvin Wilson’s fit again, assuming he’ll be a first pick, he’s also young and totally new to SPL football. I wonder if Lenny is planning to play Lustig in central defence – he’s touted as a FB (position he plays for Sweden) who has played in the middle (for Rosenborg).
Sammi is going to be less effective in this central position, where there is less space, I fear
