    —————————–

    really sorry about that.

  2. Brown hacked down about 35 yards out

Charlie with free as Saint booked for not retreating

    FK to keeper

  3. We are struggling. Play a top Itialian team off the park and yet struggle against a pub team. NL – change formation – do something.

  4. Stop Mulgrew taking the free kicks as the myth far superior to the reality.

    We are predictable and cautious.

  5. This is like playing against a brick wall.

Disgusting anti-football which Celtic cannot break down.

  6. Lots of huffing and puffing, little inspiration.

JF looks like he would benefit from a rest.

  7. Back to Basics - Glass Half Full on

fan-a-tic re. Mulgrew – spot on.

Genuinely fast break just before half time – Samaras kills it stone dead.

    Hail Hail

  8. St Johnstone using the usual SPhell template. Kick everything that moves.

They are very poor though and don;t look like scoring.

Will be a tough second half but Celtic will win this with a little more composure added to their play.

  9. It’s been interesting to listen to the first half on the radio while also reading CQN.

David Begg has us playing some decent stuff against a hard working, defensive side without creating too many clear chances. Meanwhile, several CQNers say we are rubbish.

  10. We have a break and revert to type.

Sam I doesn,’t look up holds play and passes wide.

Opposition fu’nnel back and wait for hopeful punt.

    Predictable

  11. Sandman Is Neil Lennon on

    A non-event of a first half.

If it’s Euro-lag affecting us, at least we haven’t lost anything.

But a REAL step up in tempo is required. Otherwise it is shaping up to be one of those games where, if they score we can’t raise our game to get back in it.

Not getting in behind them early enough – dithering continually to allow them to pack the box; sometimes an early ball gamble is required. I can’t recall seeing their defenders turned towards their own nets much at all.

  12. Ten Men Won The League on

This was always going to be very tough after our exertions on Thursday

Just win the game. The performance at this stage of the season is secondary
