really sorry about that.
Broonie chopped, free kick
enmac75
Not clever by any means
fk hit the baw don the wing
get it across the face
too slow !
Shite freekick.
Brown hacked down about 35 yards out
Charlie with free as Saint booked for not retreating
FK to keeper
We are struggling. Play a top Itialian team off the park and yet struggle against a pub team. NL – change formation – do something.
Poor fk from Mulgrew
Big Vic….what a class act!
VW heads FK straight to goalie
crossing ball in from halfway line
old style
Nice headrer by Victor but alsa nothing!
Mulgrews FKs have been mince recently. Let Ki have a go.
HALF TIME ANY SEC NOW.
Stop Mulgrew taking the free kicks as the myth far superior to the reality.
We are predictable and cautious.
Enmac
Ya fud!
I ran upstairs shouting goal!
Well played Rogne.
Brave headed clearance
Who is on the bench, apart for Stokes?
Who is the wee fat assistant ref?
ht
half time 0-0
HT 0-0
Lay off enmac. It was an honest mistake for goodness sake.
Low key first half
Only Sammi up front effective
Hooper ineffective Forrest anonymous
Half Time Bhoys n Ghirls…0-0
Dire.
Real hangover from Thursday.
This is like playing against a brick wall.
Disgusting anti-football which Celtic cannot break down.
Dreadful game
Lots of huffing and puffing, little inspiration.
JF looks like he would benefit from a rest.
fan-a-tic re. Mulgrew – spot on.
Genuinely fast break just before half time – Samaras kills it stone dead.
Hail Hail
Get young Dylan on for Forrest.
St Johnstone using the usual SPhell template. Kick everything that moves.
They are very poor though and don;t look like scoring.
Will be a tough second half but Celtic will win this with a little more composure added to their play.
bollo$$ them for us lennie
It’s been interesting to listen to the first half on the radio while also reading CQN.
David Begg has us playing some decent stuff against a hard working, defensive side without creating too many clear chances. Meanwhile, several CQNers say we are rubbish.
We have a break and revert to type.
Sam I doesn,’t look up holds play and passes wide.
Opposition fu’nnel back and wait for hopeful punt.
Predictable
Whatever happened to Jim Craig?
A non-event of a first half.
If it’s Euro-lag affecting us, at least we haven’t lost anything.
But a REAL step up in tempo is required. Otherwise it is shaping up to be one of those games where, if they score we can’t raise our game to get back in it.
Not getting in behind them early enough – dithering continually to allow them to pack the box; sometimes an early ball gamble is required. I can’t recall seeing their defenders turned towards their own nets much at all.
This was always going to be very tough after our exertions on Thursday
Just win the game. The performance at this stage of the season is secondary
