Some decent individual skill on display.
Defensively, we are massively fragile
Pitch is terrible

Bumpy pitch is stopping us playing decent ground football.

Can’t be too harsh, the pitch is simply awful. Any win will do.

Pitch is a disgrace, groundsman had the week off?

wee Kyogo knows exactly how to get into the positions between their lines to receive the ball and create chances , the same positions that hatate picks up when he is playing to supply Kyogo at centre forward.

Very nervy performance. Back four simply cant beak lines form the back, be betetr if HArt kicks
Need MUCH more from O’reilly, he should be running these games, instead its little cameo’s

Not too bad going forward except for that final bit of quality. Certainly more urgency than before.
Defence as chaotic as you’d expect when reading the team sheet.
Not sure one goal will be enough.

Clliche, but we need another because the pitch introduces an element of randomness.
I think we need to cut the team an enormous amount of slack because of it.
What a difference when Captain Fantastic plays that little bit forward.
All good so far but Saints dangerous at set pieces, we’ve done well with them so far.
Another couple of goals. Tin hat ready, but Bernabei is having a good game too.

He has a lot more to offer than his goals

St Mirren taking the pitch out – ariel bomdardment – we still lack confidence to hit a shot from just outside the box – with the bounces and bobbles this is a good percentage option.
RC on
defensively we have to be more cute and stop barging into their forwards from the back , st. Mirren are constantly looking for free kicks anywhere near our box.

The back 4 is “makeshift” and the pitch is atrocious.
This is progress today.

So far so good. Battling performance against a decent, in form team. Presenting more of a threat going forward, despite the coo field they’re playing on. Hopefully we can finish the job, but concerned we have our now traditional 2nd half dip.

We’ve played some decent football on a pitch that’s even worse than ours but we will have to score again as we look vulnerable from set pieces . Must avoid giving away silly free kicks in our half of the field as they will keep lumping it in to their big men .

StM giving it a go here. A good cup tie. Our defense has been under a lot of pressure but have dealt with it very well. Welsh having a good game. Again, it’s our midfield that’s struggling. Can’t find the space and then not playing enough forward passes. I don’t understand playing Kyogo in midfield – took his goal well, but not sure what the defender was doing. All in all, it has been ok given the state of the pitch. We will need another goal.

We need a 2nd goal, the players get as nervous as us posters …
We are going to hammer somebody soon
Joe Hart has been brilliant for us since he signed, I would get him on another contract for next year or two, we let Craig Gordon go far too early … and Joe still has a number of years ahead of him

Think Bernebei has done well but we look vulnerable at the back. Here’s hoping the second half is better than the last two games.
Good news for our Ladies team- Rangers lassies surprisingly drew at Thistle.- gives our girls a chance of closing the gap later

Pitch is poor, yes, so wtf pass it back to Hart, when all he can do is launch it, which Ralston could have done anyway. Giving away too many corners. Mcgregor better today, at least and Kyogo involved a lot. Idah looks decent but lacking service.

Ralston crosses are so much better – surely this can be coached to some level of improvement?

Need to stop giving away silly free kicks in their half as well.
Anything within 10 yards of the half way line getting punted onto our 18 yard line by the keeper.

Yep, I can’t fathom all the criticism that’s come Joe Hart’s way. He’s saved us ( no pun intended) a number of times over the past few weeks.
An easy won for me- that was my schoolmate- Frank Welsh- who could have ben a great if it was not for a difficult to detect and treat groin injury. A massively good player who did not make it.
Same surname as our hard headed Coatbridge bhoy Stephen

Diving, not the Celtic way. Don’t like it.
Corner after corner
We are giving away silly frees and putting ourselves under needless pressure. Welsh hurt

If Jobo top 3 was only first half:
1. Joe Hart
2. Calmac
3. Kyogo
HT 0-1.
