Due to some technical challenges, I had not been able to update the below web link,
Just to give you a wee update,
During 2013 we had been pretty busy spending a lot of time outdoors, climbing hills in training for The Ben Nevis challenge back in June 15th to help promote 1254125 campaign , where i was supported on this by my lovely wife and joined by a few good friends
even more time out doors clocking up miles to complete the 1888 mile cycle challenge
Which I am absolutely delighted to advise that I was able to complete last week !
Why the message

Really worried about the Elfsborg ties.
