Mick has a wife, and two young kids ( Louis 6 and Florence nearly a big 4), and needs our help to get him and his family through this difficult time. His good friend is NavanBhoy who played a big part with a team of Irish bhoys in the WeeOscar4life cycle from Glasgow to Belfast, as well as supporting the cause throughout.

4 At the start feel free to cap your overall donation ( i.e £10, £18.88, £19.67, £20 etc)

  2. I see Brendan NEVER learns – 7 changes from last Sunday?? Unbelieveable!!

ps – love the team; same again please Bhoys…

  3. embramike says ” Yer team’s deid…Beat it!” on

    Starting line up …

De Vries ; Lustig, Simunovic, Ajer, Tierney ; Brown, Kouassi , Ntcham, McGregor ; Forrest , Dembele

Subs: Bain, Miller, Hendry, Rogic, Musonda, Edouard, Sinclair

  4. BRENDAN Rodgers will field the same starting XI that defeated Zenit St Petersburg 1-0 last week at Paradise for tonight’s return leg in Russia.

The Scottish champions put on one of their best performances of the season against Zenit last week, and the Celtic manager will be looking to replicate that form tonight as his side aim to progress to the last 16 of the UEFA Europa League.

That means a midfield quartet of Scott Brown, Olivier Ntcham, Eboue Kouassi and Callum McGregor will play behind Moussa Dembele up front.

Kieran Tierney and James Forrest take up positions on either flank in front of a back three of Mikael Lustig, Jozo Simunovic and Kristoffer Ajer.

Kick-off at the 64,000-capacity Krestovsky Stadium is 6pm (Celtic Park time). For all the pre-match build-up and live updates head to @CelticFC.

CELTIC: (3-5-1-1) De Vries; Lustig, Simunovic, Ajer; Forrest, Kouassi, Brown, Ntcham; Tierney; McGregor; Dembele.

Subs: Bain, Miller, Hendry, Sinclair, Rogic, Musonda, Edouard

  5. GlassTwoThirdsFull on

I’m guessing Rogic isn’t fit enough to start. Would have liked either him or Armstrong for their breaking runs. Can’t afford Moussa getting isolated. Hopefully Jamesie can do that.

Can’t give the ball away cheaply or switch off at the back.

    Cautiously optimistic.

    C’mon Celtic!

  6. evening all……same braw team ……a wee bet on the green ….and a big braw bridie just oot the oven…

beer of choice is a Schwalmbrau Bock ….6,9 per centio oh …..moderators attention ….

  7. Time to walk (alone) to ma Bhoys to watch the game. He provides the house, I provide the half time pies.

Enjoy the ride, bhoys and ghirls.

    45 minutes….

  8. H.H Just watched Eboue’s one on one on Celtic tv we’ve got to get a song for this guy , here’s my effort for him and the refrain fits tonight’s game too :) Eboue Kouassi song 2 The Lion Sleeps Tonight

(Song by The Tokens ) , We’re the Jungle the noisy jungle , our lion plays tonight , we’re the jungle the noisy jungle, our lion in green n white . oooohh Eboue Kouassi the lion plays tonight , oooohh Eboue Kouassi our lion in green n white , We’ll win away ,We’ll win away ,We’ll win away ,We’ll win away……….

  9. No matter the outcome, I am delighted that BR has picked the same team as last week and will play the same system. Control the midfield, give the defence plenty of passing options and try to hit on the break.

One concern might be Dembele, freezing cold weather and fragile hamstrings are not an ideal mix.

  10. Exclusive:

Sunderland owner Ellis Short prepared to give club away for FREE – so long as any new owner takes on substantial debts.

He should phone Sevco for advice?

  11. What is the Stars on

Last Thursday I predicted that we would lose heavily and that Brown and Lustig would be red carded (for fighting with each other)

Well my prediction was 100 per cent correct (Ok if you want to nit pick we didnt lose and no one was sent off but they are minor details so I will go for same prediction tonight)

  12. C.O.Y.B.I.G.

we start with the advantage…..90+ mins of concentration Bhoys…..

    H.H.

  13. bournesouprecipe I know , its nice for someone to even acknowledge my efforts :) Logging off to watch the game COYBIG :)

  15. VFR800 is now a Monster 821 on

So it’s 15 degrees C inside the stadium so no worries about the cold! Looks like a great playing surface so ideal conditions for us tonight.

A time for the young Bhoys to become mhen!

A billion quid spent on the stadium.

Retractable roof, central heating, new playing surface

    BUT no hover pitch???

    Amateurs!

  18. C’mon the HOOPS.

Btw, I’m watching this match from behind the couch. Until we are 3-0 up anyway.

  19. VFR800 is now a Monster 821 on

I reckon Brendan will have a wee tactical change tonight. Maybe Kouassi further back and Ntcham further forward.

Will he play the ferryman in the same role?
