AJAX CAPE TOWN have announced this evening that they have sold their star player, defender Rivaldo Coetzee to Celtic.
Coetzee is 20 year old and has made 91 appearances for Ajax Cape Town. He has also won 24 caps with the South African national team.
The deal remains subject to the player passing a medical and being granted a work permit to play in Scotland.
Coetzee picked up an injury at the weekend but this has not stopped Brendan Rodgers pushing ahead with the deal.
More details to follow.
