Blogging on the move right now but want to pass comment on one part of the statement by Aberdeen chairman, Stewart Milne. As he confirmed his club would place the fifth and decisive vote against Sevco being allowed access to the SPL next season he said:
“Reorganisation of the game is a priority and is something we have been actively involved in for a long time, but it is not something that should be rushed through just to deal specifically with one club.
“As we have indicated there are a number of other areas that we feel need to be addressed openly in the coming period if Scottish football fans are to feel that their views have been properly taken into account.”
Those well-paid executives who work for us and on Friday met to discuss a way to reorganise the league structure in the next couple of weeks should pay heed. As Mr Milne suggests, we are the game, not you.

Lazydynamite@8.30 the problem being not only do our words carry mire weight, they get examined more minutely than the other clubs. Commenting on this issue would have been a minefield that could easily have blown up in our faces. Far better to stay quiet.

Let’s be rid of Ogilvie,Regan and Doncaster and start afresh with a consensual, workable league structure that suits us all.
If or when the spawn of what’s recently deceased manages to return, then it will be on all our collective terms in a league that belongs to all and not for the benefit of any one team.

It has been a constant theme over the past few months, but IMHO Celtic have played it right. As soon as we open up and say anything the attention will turn to us – and the ultimately the blame!! The time to say something is once the EBT investigation is complete – we then have the moral right to talk about cheating and its impact on us. Until then, say nothing, watch them disappear into oblivion (since they are already dead) and keep influencing the rest of Scottish football to get its house in order. I don’t go to many away matches – but seriously considering changing that next year to support clubs that have stood up for sporting integrity – and obviously, to continue to support our club. HH
For those thinking Celtic should make a statement, just remind yourselves of the reaction to the CSA`s ” threat” to boycott any ground whose chairman voted Yes. Silence , for now, is , if not quite golden, the correct policy.

Maciej who was with me in Glasgow tried to sell Donetsk for less than face price and no one wanted them. He can’t go to Donetsk becouse got tickets for Wimbledon.
If those tickets are for Warsaw I guess they cost few times more than face price.

The huns going to pieces deserves a massive round of applause to those who fought to keep our world enlightened. It still needs masses more work to push through the changes we need.
We can do more for our world outside of football.
