    Just struck me that this could be equally a political decision as a football one.

     

    Given power moves by ‘big clubs’ towards ring fencing the Champs League, the appointment of Jose would signal our ‘top tier’ credentials and would be great for our ‘global PR’.

     

    I ridiculed the idea when P67 floated it a few months back – how wrong I may have been! HH

    I think we are around the same ages give or take … am 48 going on 49 … I love the misery the Huns are enduring at least under Tommy Burns we got beat beaten but never beat :-)

    Jose is not gonna be our next manager ffs. once the season is out celtic need to make a big decision. If we can get better than NFL then so be it, if we cant we should give him the backing needed to improve the team.

     

     

    First things first empty out the fringe players, out of contract players and the loan players as best we can.

     

     

    Add quality Rightback, centreback and striker/ scorer. Replace any First team players who leaves with another First team players i.e. ntcham, sinclair etc….

     

     

    Dont sign anymore fringe players i.e hayes, izzy, gamboa etc… because its costly, serves little purpose and reduces opportunity for our academy kids. Dont mind signing bhoys aged 22 and under who have a chance if needed i.e noone in academy ready or able to understudy for first team.

A Rafa Benrtiez ? or even a big Sam …. maybe the written press or the radio waves don’t want Neil …my gut feeling is Neil hasn’t got the gig …. and by the way I don’t buy into all of that shoite about not wanting to subject him to the abuse … got a feeling that Neil knows more about that than any poster “worried” about him :-)

I always thought our resident constable was a better centre half because he reads the gave so well …. but I suppose he can do that from right back as well … maybe doesn’t fit with the Daily Record or Sunday Mail journos and believe it or not a lot of Celtic fans believe what they read or even hear
