    I know it’s been debated on here but I really do believe that a decent coaching team can help organization, defending at set-pieces and defensive solidity.

     

     

    I know it’s tempting to say that it’s down to the players but a good friend of mine is an Everton fan – under Marco Silva he’d tell me Michael Keane was the biggest waste of money at the club and Mina was a bomb scare. Fast forward a few months with Ancelotti, they look robust, organized, defensively sound and Michael Keane is now one of the best defenders in the EPL.

     

     

    I think some thorough work on the training ground from a coach who demands respect and players believe in is the priority.
