I unashamedly shed tears for my club tonight. I love it’s history and the magic surrounding Celtic.
I was at 7-1 , Dunfermline Final, Lisbon, etc but tonight given what we were up against was up there.
God bless the Celtic.
* me tae oul yin, well you are older than me as I wasn’t allowed tae go tae the 7-1 game even though I was at the semi, came home that night and my da started tae sing “on a day like today we passed the time away watching Celtic from the stand, oh how we laughed and we cried when Clyde equalised watching Celtic from the stand”.
I’m not an emotional person but my eyes filled today and that last time that happenned was on Tommy Burns Thursday, I had to lock my office door as the staff went home as I couln’t contain myself.
God bless you Brother Walfrid and my da’s family as well as my mom’s for allowing the privilge of being a Jungle Jim.
BTW Craig Forrest former Canadian national goalie says our big mhan is the best goalie in the UK and also we have the best stadium in the world.
