Like you I am ambivalent about the poppy. The GB’s poppy protests didn’t offend me in the slightest. Some years I’ ll buy one other years like last year I didn’t bother. I am concerned about the growing poppy fascism ie if you’re not seen to endorse the poppy 100per cent then you are somewhat less than acceptable. The need to wear poppies on football jerseys is a step too far as far as I’m concerned.
This country has been moving away from liberalism and too many things are now being forced on us whether we like it or not.
If we don’t stand together we are truly f#cked.
Supporting Celtic is like champagne to shi**. Great result and performance to the silencing of the GB and the wife shaving her legs!

I wouldn’t rule out board collusion – but I just can’t see why? The reasons I’ve seen don’t add up. Especially if money is the main factor.

Hate to have to say it but if the reasons for the GB no show are as suggested here then I will have bought my last SB- having held one since the Hampden season. I am still waiting on Stairheed junior returning and as he is in section 111 and is not answering his phone so I’m obviously a little concerned that he might have become one of the camera polis’s required tally of arrests- probably for waving a banner that says one love- that some blue tinted politician finds offensive

i’ll tell you what i love celtic, she will always be my club but the continued mistreatment of the gb and supporters in general will eventually wear thin and i will no longer be able to back the board that cheats and treats our fans so poorly. i think my financial support will go even if the emotional attachement never break. i find it hard to beleive that i am actually writing that, but here’s the thing
our board have watched celtic cheated by oldco and said nothing. the board have witnessed more sectarian singing at celtic park from the darkside that the gb could ever do in a thousand years of singing, yet opens its door and arms to thems. while it allows this shite to go unchallenged.
Where did Neil take the league trophy after we won the league last season ? Answer straight to the Green Brigade.What has went wrong?. We should all get behind them and let the board know how important they are to the team.If we lose the Green Brigade we lose a very important part of this club support.

Can’t say I disagree SOD……….but the board are between a rock and a hard spot.
We need to remain within the law even if it is formulated and made for the benefit of the 80% at the expense of the 18% (thats us)…….the other 2% are disinterested observers I imagine.
Until we push the demographics to 50% we will never be accepted or acknowledged so theres no point in boycotting games really.

remaining within the law and being ban from a football ground are two very different things. the term ‘Unacceptable Conduct’ can be defined as loosely as one likes so long as it does not break the law
take standing or lateral movement for example, this is a regular occuring them throughout the stadium, so is it standing to long or moving side to side to much that is the issue. and another thing, if the stadiums are gonna have standing areas next season as propsoed with changes to league will to become less of an issue

Those are fair points amigo, but how does that tally in with their clear failure to defend the mainstay of the Club, its support! The GB in particular, but there are other clear examples of the board doing the opposite of what we should expect.
Our support are innocent of all charges made against us, whether it be UEFA, the rozzers, or, dare I feckin say it, the meeja.
On the face of it, they reek of complicity at the very least. Why, I don’t know.

When we equalised, a lad ran through the seats that divide our fans from Utd’s, in order to remonstrate with Utd’s fans who had been giving it big licks when they went in front.
The steward stopped him and the police lifted him.
This could be what your on about.

But I’ve also come to know that KK has good principles and sticks by them.
I ask you to do to KK’s posts what you asked him to do Kojo’s, and stop trying to apply your own censorship, which can never be objective. Especially when censorship is all you seem to offer.
