Lassad took his goal very well to say hes as dangerous in the box as Hooper is incorrect however,if Hooper leaves and Lassad gets more games he may well become as dangerous.H.H.

A neck injury according to Sportsound
Big Fraser asked Lennie for a new contract and said Celtic should double his wages.Lennie told him he was suffering from a brass neck and he was rested.H.H.
I’d buy J russell. think hes decent. Brines a joke today, but don’t want him to take the shine off our game today, KC and adams taking knocks, effected our play, but VW and Izzy looked ace and Hooper does what he does, Sammy will be sore tonight.

I also thought Green Brigade were great today. Did not like them putting up Free Palestine banner in 2nd half, not very welcoming for Israelis in our squad.
Thought Izzy had a great game.
On the bus on the way home, good performance, Matthews was a standout.
Enjoyed the game overall. Once again the GB added to the day. Well done to Celtic.

izzy – The Italians are crafty,but nothing can prepare them for what’s going to hit them when they visit our magnificent arena.
We will defeat them by at least two goals at Paradise,the return leg in Turin will be a draw.

Good result today and good to see the likes of; Izzy and Ledley picking up form – hopeful that Lassad proves to be a longterm investment (think he’s got the kind of technical touch that will prove useful in Europe).
Unlucky for big Zal – twice he’s stepped in and twice lost goals to wicked deflections. Heard Lenny say that big Fraser has a minor neck-strain that’s going to be checked out (assume no risks will be taken with the Juventus game coming up).
Great game really enjoyed the play. Fantastic crowd, didn’t expect the turn-out.

How they ended up where they did, God knows but fair play to the old Norweigan couple who found themselves slap bang in the middle of the Green Brigade section today…after a few minutes of shell shock the two auld yins just went for it, giving it yee ha. Not what they were expecting they said, but loved it anyway.

We did play well today though I felt Hearts were very poor. I will reserve judgement on the conceded goal till I get a close up look at Zaluska’s reactions.

Honestly I have never seen a ref have so many touches. He was definitley interfering with play.

Lassad has been an excellent buy, he has a great touch and has scored a couple of great goals. I don’t know the stats but he has assisted in quite a few goals considering the amount of game time he has had.
Hoops had as good a game today as I have seen all season from him. He is a fantastic player and is rightly ahead of Lassad in team selection. I do think that if Gary does go we may not need an expensive replacement as Lassad can get goals for us. I do believe Hoops is a better all-round player though and the EPL will have to splash some serious cash to take him away from us.

Think that Lenny should put out a reserve side against Inverness the Saturday leading up to the Juve game – we have five games to play between now and the 12th of Feb – players cannot be rested against St.Mirren or Raith Rovers.
This is the only downside of the success Lenny is bringing to the club…but i am confident that we have a big enough squad to cope.
Hopefully the weather plays havoc with one or two of these fixtures.
