    Good morning cqn from very grey and quite chilly Garngad

     

     

    What another cavalier exciting game that was yesterday.

     

     

    3-2 going on 6 -2.

     

     

    Get another couple of players (well 5 in) and we will not only be a force but a squad to reckon with.

    In agreement about the entertainment factor yesterday. The match is scheduled on freesports tv this afternoon at 2pm for those still to enjoy it.

     

     

    Reading Daniel McDonnell’s latest Shamrock Rovers article in the Irish Independent, leads me to consider Liam Scales’ transfer to us is a done deal. He’ll be trying to get Rovers through their Euro Conference play-off tie this week and next, first.

    A lefty. He received Man of the Match plaudits at left back in the Europa last week, though I read he was mostly centre half last season.

     

     

    Probably, he heard about Celtic during his spell with Man City u23s.

     

     

    We have a few lefties below the 1st team squad. Otoo, Hjelde, Paterson, Connell, McInroy, Robertson, Wylie, Davidson. My new favourite there is a righty, Joey Dawson, a cross between the original Yogi and Peter Crouch. Hope he keeps improving.

    Revenge on Hearts for the league defeat and onto the next round were revenge against Raith for the cup defeat of 94 , still haunts me to this day that our best/most gifted midfielder and captain the Maestro missed out on a cup win.

     

     

    Eciting times ahead if Ange can transform the defense like he has with us going forward…

     

     

    Then the last ingredient, stamina to go the 90.

     

    What’s not to like.

    Ajer was a right sided midfielder, right footer played at LCB.

     

     

    Welsh is a right back (preferred position) played at RCB.

     

     

    Bitton is a DM played at Centre back, Julienne has been out for sometime so we needed cover for a while now.

     

     

    I have faith in big Ange to highlight the players needed 👍

    Beatons stats for the game really don’t add up, cheatin beaton again. That’s 3 league games & we already have, 3,4 or 5 reds not issued, a good goal chalked off & a player booked for simulation that wasn’t extended to the opposition player.

     

    They’re becoming very obvious, panic setting in for the matchfixers.

     

    Keep smashin them all Celtic ☘️✊

    Wait and see what the Ibrox mob get away with……. Its obscene yet nothing is said by the guardians of the club…… Maybe Ange and Dom will approach the bending of rules to suit one team with a different view than their predecessors.

    Must say Tony Ralston was excellent yesterday and would be tough

     

    on the boy if we instantly replaced him with another right back

     

     

    Most improved player under Ange in my opinion

    Starfelt I haven’t seen him having a decent game since he joined us,maybe down to playing for a new club or that he isn’t comfortable playing in that position,anyway he needs to start getting his act together or young Murray will replace him .
