To all those who tried to hound Neil Lennon out of Celtic Park just a few short weeks ago… I hope hope your Christmas is not too bitter.

For those who hoped and believed, You are my brothers and sisters. In Celtic we are ONE.

Championees, Championees, Championees all the way.

Neil Lennon, I salute you – I would have sadly accepted your time was up only a few short weeks ago. What a turnaround, never in my wildest dreams did I think we could be top of the league by end of the year.

Can you hear the thunder down Govan way?

If Celtic WIN 1-0 We go into The Huns game 1 Point Behind and 1 Goal Difference down..

Jelavic: Title in the bag.. Oooh No it Isn’t..

NIKICA JELAVIC believes Four in a Row is in the bag for runaway leaders Rangers.

The Ibrox frontman — preparing for Croatia’s Euro 2012 play-off first leg against Turkey tomorrow — has boasted that the reigning SPL champs won’t blow their 12-point lead.

And the striker reckons international success would cap a great start to the season.

He said: “I am delighted and very satisfied with the way this season is going. I am playing well and so are the team. We seem to score in every game.

“Of course, we need to keep it going and stay in first place. But I think the 12-point lead we have on Celtic should be enough to do that.”

Jelavic bagged a brace in the weekend win over Dundee United which kept Gers a dozen points clear of Celtic and Motherwell.

Ally McCoist’s side still have 24 league games to play, including THREE Old Firm derbies.

But Jelavic, who’s in Istanbul for the play-off, reckons a they’re a stick on for another title.

Team-mate Matt McKay, who made his full debut against United on Saturday, agrees unbeaten Gers are in top form.

He said: “The team has been doing great. I’m fitting in and really enjoying it. The supporters are something else. The stadium always has 45,000-plus fanatical fans who really love the club.

“It was great to get a first start and hopefully that can lead to more game time.

“It’s a different style but I’m getting used to it and understand what the team wants and needs from me.”

Meanwhile, cruciate victim Stevie Naismith will go under the knife on November 21.

Sammi aside the motm was between Joe and Vic, but Scott was effective today as well, the Cha had a stormer, Kayal ran himself into the ground, no bad % for contenders, 6/11.

I said when we were struggling NL not up to it and Samaras not good enough

I said at the start of December that if we will all our games in December we will be in pole position

I also said I would gladly eat all the humble pie you wanted to give me

Well the humble pie is in the oven – and victory on Wednesday night will see me eat the lot

I kneel before you and ask for forgiveness

  12. Great results and nerve well held. Much as I enjoy to see the Mankies getting beat, I didn’t think that elbows did much for the red he received (there was no raised elbow as far as I could see – just jostling for position). Having said that I didn’t watch their game much.

  13. Joe Filippis Haircut on

Well lots of good performances today starting with our 2 goal Greek hero Sammi then big Victor what a player Ledley and Cha both good Broonie gets pass marks as does Mulgrew and Wilson.I thought Kayal was poor and Ki very patchy not a good midfield pairing in my opinion Hooper tried hard and I am still waiting to see Bangura look like a striker. One point behind the poundland team with the big match comein up on the 28th its going to be an epic.H.H.

St. Nicholas (AKA My Bhoy Georgious)St. Nicholas is important in Greece as the patron saint of sailors (Celtic FC). According to Greek tradition, his clothes are drenched with brine, his beard drips with seawater, and his face is covered with perspiration because he has been working hard against the waves (Referee’s) to reach sinking ships (Rangers FC) and rescue them from the angry sea.(Huns) Greek ships never leave port without some sort of St. Nicholas icon on board.

Thanks Bhoys and of course St Mirren – what a christmas Eve – looking forward to my grandaughter’s first Christmas tomorrow.

Wednesday will take care of itself – but put money on McCulloch red card being appealed – Sally said about the elbow – he wasn’t convinced it should have been a red card.

Merry Christmas to all CQN’ers and Neil and the Bhoys

today has made it even better!!

2 deserved red cards for them

slight doubt at the back of my mind that the tv, papers and fat sally will make an awful lot of the 2 correct decisions, and have Mr eyes in the back of his head even more pro them on wednesday

it shouldnt matter, but it does

hail hail and a very merry Christmas

imagine what its like for them ha ha

  18. …..stay on the shoulder Celtic. There’s enough time to do them properly.

I always thought Kenny Shiels was one of the more balanced, less bitter managers but after hearing his post match interview I’m not so sure.
