That was a truly brilliant performance.
Sure we had 12 on the field cos there were two Ryan Christies on the pitch……the Gallus Fenian Bhoy was everywhere.

Its been a while since I’ve watched a rip snorting game like that. Absolutely jam packed with super skilful players on both sides with great honest commitment on both sides.
Non of your namby pamby diving, nor reckless hammer throwing style tackling (ok one bad tackle on KT which took yellow to the limit).
We had chances to be well ahead, then they had chances to dampen our joy.
Loved it. And even more so when Forrest, McGregor, Christie and Tierney are all motm contenders.
Whatever happens in remaining games Que Sera Sera.
Tonight we got our pride back in Europe, not bad for a divided dressing room & a Club riven with problems.
So many outstanding displays, just hard to try and analyse it at the moment.
Suffice to say I’m thrilled to bits.
Delighted for DD & his bet.

Make that 4 wins in Europe against German opposition.
What a rollercoaster that was.
Dominating the first half and cursing our failure to make it two or more.
To berating the team for gifting a sloppy equaliser and feeling that was that.
To a high of an easy breakaway two minutes later.
Cursing missed easy chances by Sinky and Lustig to being grateful for the bar as Leipzig had 2 great chances to equalise.
Lots of good performances tonight but Callum and Kieran were in the very, very, very good category.
One final question- when did Spanish refs become so liberal in their attitude to letting fouls go?
It is good to see a return to competitive European football at Celtic Park even if it strains the nerves.
Some top notch performances, but Christie, McGregor and Forrest were top, top notchers.
Re two Red Bull clubs playing each other: you could almost have written the script and I hope we see fair play when they play each other and Salzburg us at CP.

Firstly it’s blatant that they want to single out the only catholic 1st class referee in Scotland (did you all know that ). It’s also blatant that they get to do this without any criticism. If Celtic do this they get attacked. But worse than that the Hun do this and win. We do not even try. That’s how pathetic our board are.
How can it be be in any way acceptable for two teams to be playing in the same group of a major tournament that have primary funding from the same organisation?
We find ourselves in the position where our progress may hinge upon the result between two of our opponents, where a draw is beneficial to the sponsor’s brand.
RB Leipzig will win in Austria, it’s guaranteed, it will be free money, Salzburg have qualified so you can bet with total impunity that they will let Leipzig win, and uefa tell us it’s all above board and no fixed,.

No harm to our injured players but misfortune seems to have flung together our best team.

Am sure he is a very proud dad tonight, watching Ryan at Aberdeen I thought he might be like GMS a better player without the Celtic responsibilities (all the fans) Ryan has grabbed this chance in last few games and thought he was great tonight long may it continue for Ryan
